Service is excellent, staff has been super helpful and friendly whenever we have stopped! Wait time for food is super fast yet clearly very fresh and made to order! Fried pickles are great! Burger Queen didn't close down. It added food items and renamed itself. Still has all the burgers (which i had the bayou burger) it has grilled onion, burger patty, and sauteed shrimp, yes shrimp. it was delicious!! Don't be afraid of it at all. It added appetizers and yakisoba noodle dishes.
The burgers here are really good. They are kind of small but they are way better than any fast food chain burgers. The fries are also cut and fried up not frozen. The inside of the restaurant is clean and comfy. Plus the prices are excellent. Probably the best fast food restaurant in Albany.
The food was wet and soggy. It smelled funky and didn’t even look like beef was in it, more like pork? It was gross and I couldn’t even get myself to take a single bite

Hamburger cheeseburger fries I love this place because it's all about the burger, hamburger meat is always fresh never frozen everybody's nice.

We had a great experience the burger was great and the fries were even better. I am looking forward towards having their bubble tea when they have it available.

Reminiscent of Five Guys burgers in terms of quality.
The outside of the patties get a bit crispy but the meat is still juicy... Amazing combo.
