Review Pizza Now - Albany

For the price, they're great pies. We got a pizza with olive oil & garlic base, mushrooms, green peppers, basil, and garlic crust. Dough was fluffy, soft, and chewy, so good. The whole thing was a little greasy but hey, it was delicious and now I'm going to have a food baby. Will be back! Also I should say, we ordered online and picked up. ETA was 15 minutes and I'd say it was ready sooner than that. Seeing other negative reviews about calling in, I'd recommend ordering online to avoid confusion.

We love every pizza we've ordered here, but I want to call out the Loaded Potato for being absolutely brilliant. The blend of all the flavors is perfect, always cooked to perfection and a creative new concept

First time here had the three pigs pizza. It has pulled pork, bacon, BBQ sauce can't remember the rest. Get one if you like sweet BBQ.... Just let them know if you want light on the sauce or you might be overwhelmed.🙂👏

Ordered a pizza at 820 for delivery took order charged my credit card. Then they called back at 822 pm said they couldn’t deliver pizza we’d have to come get it . So we asked for refund immediately they said ok and never gave us our refund ! We called for 2 days with 2 different managers and never got our money back or refund ! Then they said it was the bank’s problem not theirs! Very rude and gave us the run around ! Very unprofessional employees !

I just want to thank the ENTIRE crew who was working tonight. Not only did they make my specialty order to perfection, they even joked with me upon my late arrival, after being held up in a traffic accident. If anyone was bothered by my lateness, they didn't show it. (I HATE being late, and even worse, having people wait on me, especially when they've already started their closing process... I felt so bad... but was assured by multiple people working there tonight, that it was ok and not to worry.) The kindness I was shown tonight was beyond appreciated... especially after the day that I've had.

Tried for the first time. VERY good grub and superb service! Gonna get delivery next time I get the munchies.

This place has excellent pizza, we have ordered different selections and have never been disappointed with the taste and quality.

We came in and payed 12$ for a pepperoni pizza and some bread sticks the lady at the counter was very unsanitary and the reason for that is she had opened our pizza box with no gloves and was touching our pizza and breadsticks we left and barely ate anything as is was not fresh and dry and made us feel sick

I have been here on many many times and I've never had any complaints. There pizza is great the staff is always excellent and any of there side orders are good as well. Thank you for great service Albany could use more places like this establishment

Great pizza! I've had their taco pizza (amazing) and the Mediterranean. Both tasted great. The staff is really nice. I will definitely be returning!

Raw pizza. I've ordered from them on several occasions. My last experience was terrible, i was brought a raw pizza that they refused to refund with anything other then another pizza. My question to them was why would i want another pizza from the same place i was just served raw food from. To top it all off i was mocked and laughed at when i called it in like it was a joke.

Poor customer service. I have ordered pizza on four seperate occasions and have been disappointed each time!<br/>Terrible customer service! <br/>I have went back because I do like their pizza but I will no longer be going to them for pizza anymore strictly because of their poor customer service, lack of communication skills and manners and respect to those who are supporting their business.<br/>As a business I expect to be spoken in a professional matter and not be mocked or spoken to in a childish manner I hope that changes.

We need one in Salem!. There are two guys in Linn County whose comments I follow closely; Navalis and Rev. Rooster. Both had good things to say about Pizza Now. That coupled with 35 votes and 100% approval rating spoke to me.<br/><br/>Today was a perfect day for a country drive, tasty Pizza and a good book, lakeside, at Waverly Park.<br/><br/>I ordered a Three Meat Large ($8) when I hit the edge of Albany. It was ready when I got there. A pleasant young woman popped it, box and all, out of the warming oven. I asked for napkins and Parmesan Cheese ($.50 extra)<br/><br/>I scored a concrete picnic table in the shade above the picturesque lake and opened the lid. There's nothing quite like the bouquet of a hot, fresh Pizza to get the old salivary glands revved into high gear! The Pepperoni, Sausage and Bacon toppings were not sparse but not liberally applied either. The Cheese was thickly administered but fell short of the Pie's edge by a couple of inches. The Sauce was pleasantly sweet without being overdone. The Crust was chewy and had a Buttery quality to it. The Crust alone puts their $5 Pizza head and shoulders above the big chain $5 Pepperoni or Cheese purveyors we've all experienced from time to time.<br/><br/>If we had a Pizza Now in Salem, I can think of no reason to go to Little Caesars or Domino's ever again.

Great Pizza. Wonderful Pizza even at double the price. Tried their Habenero wings, they are really good, (warning a bit hot). Went back again their pizza was even better the second time I went.

The prices at this place are excellent! The pizza is great especially for the price, in addition to the pizza they offer wings. The wings are AWESOME!! The wings are the best part, and they have many different flavors. This place is 100% better than Little Ceasars, For sure!

A friend of a friend.... Recomended we try it because it wasn't too greasy. This appealed to the boss and after a brief lunch disscussion we soon had pizza at work. He wanted to try the $5 pepperoni but we also got the $11 Taco Pizza. I had two slices of the taco and I can't complain for the price. They also put crushed Doritos chips on top which isn't noted on the menu. My boss said you can't beat the pepperoni for the price and he really liked the sweet red sauce. Oh yeah we got the green salad and added beef for $6 and it was fair sized for the price. <br/>All in all it's pretty good considering the price. Much better then the "pizza pizza" option given the choice. Down the road I'm sure I'll try it again.

Can you Beat $5?. Pizza Now is by no means a "nice" pizza place nor does it try to be. Its soul purpose of existence is to put a finger in the chest of larger pizza chains like Little Caesars who pump out pizza after pizza for $5. The other night I dropped by their drive through window because I wanted pizza...er... now, and didn't want to wait at Pizza Hut. I purchased a pepperoni pizza and returned home. I was impressed with the pizza. The crust had a cornmeal coating on the bottom reminiscent of Hungry Howie's Pizza which I found to be a nice change. The toppings were good and the pizza was hot. For what it is, this place is great. I would take a $5 Pizza Now over a $5 Little Caesar's any day of the week. Give em' a taste.
