Dining experience wasn’t bad… the drinks were pretty good but they lacked in the food department… we ordered separate entrée’s & although they looked good at first (other than being served in dishes that were way oversized for the meal) they didn’t actually have the right stuff for the price… the mushroom Swiss burger was legit raw (not rare done) & the homemade Mac and cheese sauce was more like soup than sauce… my lovely wife didn’t complain about it though as for me after taking a bite of my burger I lost my appetite… we still left a tip and have to say that they do make a good clam chowder & the bread was on point. Still probably won’t be going back again… but the service was still pretty good as far as everything else customer service personal were positive polite and courteous and that’s why a tip.

Food is excellent 5 star. The waiter was excellent. The reason for 3 star. The wait time was terrible. Lobby was full of customers waiting. People were coming but would leave because of wait time. Yet. People were done eating and leaving. At one point counted 7+ open tables. no one was clearing off tables. Staff was standing around gossiping. Another at a table sorting napkins. Would gladly give 5 star if this restaurant was better at seating people. Maybe it was a off night. Definitely worth trying again. The prime rib is so very good.

Amazing!! Had a family dinner here with 7 of my family members. Excellent service!! Our waiter was Awesome!! Thanks Daniel for going above and beyond! Food was great, especially the prime rib chili! Had an issue with one entree and it was handled quickly and satisfactory!! 😁 Highly recommend this lovely restaurant!

Nice staff. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Monday. The bar was open and offered a small selection of entrees such as a turkey sandwich or a grilled chicken salad, however, no romaine or iceberg. They did have a spring mix. We passed. Looked like a friendly place to relax.

This place is tucked in between 2 hotels that we use to stay at often when visiting my daughter. That's why we know about it. Now we go there because we liked it so much! They have great service every time we've been there! The food is classic American fair, I had fish and chips my husband had beef stroganoff. Both were hot and exactly what we expected! Our server was great, even though she was the only one there, we didn't feel neglected at all, and the food came out just as it should've with appetizers first, then salad followed by the main course. All were the appropriate temperature when they came, no sitting under the heat lamps for an hour! I really liked Cascade Grill and will go back!
