My husband and I had the 'Irish Toad in the Hole', which was the most marvelous take on bangers and mash, involving a Dutch baby pancake, house made sausage, Guinness gravy, and peas porridge. Sybaris is a phenomenal restaurant with excellent wait staff & amazing food. We were really taken care of and the food was out of this world. My favorite restaurant in Albany!
