Ordered a 10 Piece nugget and received only 8. Also asked for a chili cheese baked potato instead of fries. I got a cheese potato, no chili and the potato was to old that I couldn't even bite into the skin of the potato. Couldn't even eat it.. very disappointing considering all of their meals end up being about $10 a piece...

The food wasn't that good this time. I couldn't enjoy it because it was so cold. It should've been smoking hot how long I waited. I've come to the conclusion to only visit during lunch hours. The food is spectacular then.

We stoped for breakfast and only one guy was working, we had to wait which is understandable,he remained calm,polite, and professional. And as always the food was as exspected, but 2days customer service was best in town

This place is a misrepresentation of the good name of Wendy's. I knew I should have turned around an left when I heard the hip hop rap music but a few of my crew had already placed an order. My doubts were confirmed when I discovered I had a cold burger. I don't have anything good to say about this place. I know where not to go I guess.

How are you going to prepare a sandwich with meat that's supposed to be for Chilli. I don't know what they had going on tonight but the customer service sucks. All food ordered wasn't given it was a wait in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes after you have ordered your food. You had cars getting out of line so once you did get to the window to pick up your food you had to tell them what you ordered. Next time if I am on the east and want Wendy's I will go to the other locations in the city!!

Slowest service I have ever had from a Wendy's. They ran out of salad. My fries were cold and they only filled my box partially. The burger was poorly made and some how I got an extra half patty added. I dont write bad reviews often but I love Wendy's and this restaurant is in need of work.
