Slowest fast food restaurant ever! I could've and should've gone to a sit down steak restaurant and would've gotten my food faster. This is ridiculous. Waiting 15 minutes in the drive through to finally get to order screen only to have to wait another 15-20 minutes to get someone to talk. Multiple cars driving off. The people that had ordered ahead of me had received their order and left. I finally had to drive to the window to place my order and got yelled at for doing so.

I can't recall too many good experiences at any McDonald's ranging over several cities & states that I've visited. I usually only stop there if my sons are with me and they want food. But this particular one has the most awful customer service and 8 of 10 times the order will be wrong. I stopped my kids from eating it for nearly 2 yrs because of the service.

Kaleia was friendly and patient. Fries were cold and salted. The no salt fries were at the bottom under the salted fries, denoting they were not fresh nor unsalted. Drinks were 3/4 filled because we asked for no ice. Young man at window 2 tore up the window trying to be extra and the poor lady in window 2 was wearing soda from a wayward soda nozzle. Prep area wasn't the clean, but at this point you're too far in to back out of the order. Makes you wonder about the cleanliness in the kitchen area.

Too much salt on the burger, I also asked for only cheese and got everything on it. I've head a saying that food service is a thankless job, and I believe it having worked in a restaurant before. So thanks for getting my order wrong and ruining my dining experience.

I purchased the breakfast and the chicken biscuit was hard and dry as if it had been over cooked. It wasn't even warm as if it had been sitting out all morning waiting to be purchased. There was only one car ahead of me but I spent close to 10 minutes in the drive thru line.

Worst McDonald’s in Albany. Slow, employees are rude, and the managers are no better. No type of customer service. I ordered on the app and paid for my food I literally waited over 30 minutes for them to overcharge me, not give me what I paid for and tell me they don’t honor in app purchases.

Went by at 8:30 AM on 3/8/22 and the restaurant was not open. Watched several cars attempt to order in the drive through line, but no one was inside and there was no sign saying they were closed. The website states that they are open for inside dining. Only the drive through is open.

The youngman that was working the drive thru was really Awesome! I ordered my grandson's & my food on my mobile for some reason McDonald's Mobile app doesn't have Cheeseburger Happy Meals. So I had to order a hamburger Happy Meal with cheese added & several items taken off. They gave us a Hamburger instead of the Cheeseburger. My grandson went to crying because it wasn't a Cheeseburger. Lol Needless to say that the youngman working the window went far beyond the call of duty & made sure that my grandson got his Cheeseburger! The youngman was very sweet, caring & friendly! I wished that I knew his name so that I could give him a better recommendation! McDonald's needs more employees like him! He has great Customer Service Skills!!❤
