I mean it’s McDonald’s. But this one is especially bad. These pics are at 7:30 on a Friday. I swear they try and discourage people from coming. They never can take cards bc their system is down. They are always out of stuff like “hamburgers” for real. And you know what’s coming next but that flipping ice cream machine has not produced one cone worth of ice cream since they opened I don’t think

We were traveling with our camper, so couldn't use the drive thru, and the inside dining was closed. The employees were so friendly and kind - they let me walk up to the window to order and were very accommodating with big smiles. Food was hot and delicious.

The workers are louder an disrespectful to customers {sometimes cursing} ... The floor is always slippery. The kiosk display is too big and not very user friendly. I truly understand now why most customers go through the drive-thru.

Awful! Went inside due to drive thru line was long. Ordered at the kiosk. Took 11 minutes to get my order. Ordered a quarter pounder, small fry and a large diet Coke. Had to wait to get my cup. No ice at the machine. Had to wait for them to get a bucket of ice. Went to get the drink and unknown to me the diet Coke nozzle was missing and I get sprayed down from the discharge. Ate in the truck and ended up with a double quarter pound burger. Good thing as the burgers were burnt, so I picked the better of the two. No luck. Dried out and no flavor, no ketchup either. The bun was chewy. Fries were saggy. Diet Coke was good as I needed it to wash down the burger. This was an $8.08 meal. What a disaster. Never again. Can't complain as it won't change anything. Bad service is now the norm, but usually not the food. Another shift in the dynamics.

Staff rude and not trained very well. Got 7 drinks and had to beg for a tray. Also got to where I was taking them and the Sprite or 7 up was straight soda water. Don't know if any of the others were foul or not. Took to staff at work and only one was bold enough to tell me and have me taste it. Had to throw away.

Ordered 2 of the same meals. On the receipt I paid more for one meal than the other. I tried to speak with the young man at the register 1st window but his conversation was to important on his cell. When I pulled to the 2nd window I asked to speak with the manager and she said why didn't you ask the 1st window, well I tried but his phone call was more important than my concern. Then she got ugly with unprofessional words and tried to back him up and I was wrong. I got frustrated and just drove off. I will never be back to that McDonald's again.

I went to McDonald's to get an ice cream cone. Never again. The ice cream put in my cone was a small amount & it was leaning on the side. I should have known not to go by there especially since the ice cream machine was working.

Food was good, however they didn't properly open our fry boxes and once we opened the fry box fully we had enough to only fill up one of our boxes...we where long gone before we checked but I will think twice before I go back to the location again. On top of that the fry's was a mix of old soggy fry's and fresh hot fry's... 🤷🏾♂️.
