This is the worst Mac I’be ever been. All staff are on the phone! They are not paying attention to the customers needs at all. To get simple ketchup and barbecue sauce , so we had to wait so much time !
Woman cashier didn’t want to take out order, she sent us right to the kiosk! When our order was ready, woman didn’t call us. Never again will come back here, so unfriendly and careless staff and bad atmosphere here.

I recently visited this location’s drive-thru and had the unfortunate privilege of listening to the cashier’s entire conversation through the speaker before my order was taken. I sat for several minutes waiting to be addressed but had to say ‘hello’ to get a response! Did I mention I had to repeat my order three times and they still got it wrong at the window! Zero customer service and professionalism. I get these kids are young but not too young to not know better. It’s confirmed, common sense isn’t so common.

There are 2 in town that I will never be back to and this is one of them. I walked inside to place my order because the drive through was so backed up. I ordered my food and ended up with the wrong food and they decided they would just add to it some of what I ordered. While I waited up front for 40 minutes I watched everything to see why this location had so many issues. In the time that I waited about 20 customers walked in from the drive through one at a time complaining their order was wrong. I call tell you why because they were playing the entire time I was there. PLAYING not balls to the wall working but playing! No I dont think any of them that does not hussle deserves 15-17 an hour!!

Terrible experience…we stood at counter while employees stood around talking. Finally we asked if someone could take our order. We were told we had to order from the kiosk. Once we ordered we waited another 10 minutes on our food while we watched and listened to them joke around, eat ice cream, and use foul language with our 10 year old son present. Once we got our food and went to get our drinks the drink area was filthy. Definitely will not use this location again when we travel thru the area.

I wish i could give this one zero stars. We waited 30 minutes for two burgers in the drive thru and there was no customers inside. 4 employees were joking around and smacking each other behind the counter, they gave us the wrong drinks, fridges were open and it was FILTHY. as we waited by the window for our cold and BURNED sandwiches and un salted fries, people were driving out of line and i wish we did as well. Please dont waste your time on this one, it is worth driving a little farther to another fast food place.

They had me sit for 25 mins to wait for a pickup order for my delivery job. Then I drove back to the drive thru then they told me they gave my order to someone else.. I called the customer and they never received their food nor asked for a different delivery service..

I placed my order on the app and when I confirmed I had arrived it said that it would take 5 minutes and they would bring it to me, I sat in my car for thirty minutes before going inside to get my food. And other people were also waiting and were still waiting when I left. Never coming back.

This McDonald's on the east side Albany must hire the misfits because never fails every time I go there they mess the order up ,forget food can't remember what you ordered and they are looking at the order screen went there tonight 04/01/22 9:15pm ordered a big Mac meal,2 double quarter pounder with cheese meals ,2 -10 piece chicken nuggets and a happy meal get order get all the way home sit down to eat and not the first French fries to go with the meals ordered 2 apple pies didn't get them look up the phone number for them it's been disconnected its the lamest McDonald's I have ever been to they need to just lock t lock the doors and close the store.
