Usually when I go here it's good but this time I was very disappointed. My meal went from 6.99 and total ended up being $14 I understand there's to be an upcharge for upsizing, only way I see it jumping like that is if they charged me for my 2pc meal then added my sides as extra orders, and not just upsizing my sides, my biscuit looks like it's over saturated and un appetizing. I'm on my lunch break and didn't have time to go in and get it fixed. Hoping they do better next time, this was just an overall disappointment.

We decided to go to church's and go have a picnic. Drive thru line was long but moved very fast. We got our chicken and went on. We got to park and we realized that the large side we ordered was only 1/2 spoon full in a cup with lid. The peach tea we ordered was awful. We threw the tea away. It was hot with no ice. The chicken and biscuits was good. We paid $2.79 for 1/2 spoon full of Cajun rice. Other thing was we received no napkins after we ask for them.

At times, the associates have negative attitudes while others are down to earth. When cooked properly, the food is delicious but alas, that's not always the case.

My aunt and uncle wanted it. I drove up amd it was sooo busy. I walked inside and bet the rushed and busy line. They enjoyed it and it was hot and fresh.

I just left Church's and I ordered a 10 piece of white meat, 2 large okra and a large boomer right. Howabout I get a 7 piece box of chicken ,Somebody can't count and needs to go back to elementary school to the basics of numbers. That's the last I mean the very last straw with them and my money. Got the nerves to ignore the phone when it rings. I'm with my husband now they can keep their seasonless chicken. They will not get another dime from me.

Oh man, I don't even know where to start. I actually had to wait a little longer than normal but it was well worth it because it was fresh everything. I even received a complimentary drink and a apple pie due to my wait. I will be back. Customer service was phenomenal and the promptness of the order was even better. I definitely will be back.

I've recently visited Church's Chicken 2 days in a row...both on Sunday 12/26 and Mon 12/27. Both experiences were subpar performances in food and service. My biggest dilemma was with the food and how management handled or didn't attempt to resolve the situation. Both days I ordered a 3pc mixed with a breast and 2 legs Spicy. On the first day they ran out of chicken breast when I was paying for my order. I was informed by the manager on duty (MOD), that I could get something else or wait 15mins. I chose the 15min wait because I wanted my breast. They also didn't have any ice, so I ordered a bottle of water. I decided to go inside after a significant wait to ask about spicy chicken and the MOD said the spicy chicken available was old and wasn't fresh, so I said okay and waited. He even voluntarily showed me the spicy white meat, which I appreciated greatly. I sat inside to wait on my order. When it came up I knew my chicken would be hot and fresh. Uponst arrival at home 2 of the 3pcs were piping hot 🔥 and the other piece was lukewarm and tasted old. My apple pie was also lukewarm and not fresh, along with my premium mac & cheese, which was TERRIBLE. I let Sunday go and gave them a do over for Monday.
My do over was a bad idea because like I mentioned earlier in this review the spicy dark wasn't available for my 3pc mixed. Once again ice wasn't available either and I didn't receive my SPICY BREAST AT ALL...I was given an original breast, when I originally didn't want any type of original chicken PERIODT. I attempted to contact the location and of course the line was busy SMH again😏. It's sad how busines chains in Albany make excuses for why the customer service or food quality is subpar and standards are LOW. A paying customer doesn't wanna hear why you can't perform at peak standards or make the customer's day. I can be understanding within reason, but come on now. Sometimes, I feel like I need to tell the employees how to professionally handle a situation that benefits both sides. People don't care about customer loyalty and building a positive brand anymore, but all about money and cutting corners. Some of the companies and their employees need to go back to the drawing board and retrain their entire staff with management included.
My situation on day 2 at Church's chicken should have been handled as an EXCEPTION BASE order, which would include...them making a one time exception on my order because they had no spicy dark readily available, but they did have all white spicy available. I should have been given the option to get all white spicy at no additional up charges or if I was okay with getting original, then get the original and apologize for the inconvenience they created for ME, "the customer"...NOT APOLOGIZE, when you're giving me something I didn't want to began with. I will take my business back to Carter's chicken in Lee Co, Popeyes when I feel like having spicy chicken and attitudes and KFC when I feel like attitudes lol.

The last few times I have gone, my food has been horrible!! Old refried chicken, fried over and over again okra, apple turnovers were so old they were brown all over. They haven't had ice in the past 2 months. It will be a long time before I go back.
