Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This was the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Chicken had a strange texture to it, didn’t receive any sauce, they were out of practically everything, had to wait over thirty minutes to get my order, which was beyond sub-par than what I normally get from a Popeyes restaurant. Never going back to this one again.

I ordered a meal with the Popeyes app around 5:15 for take out. I got to the store around 5:50 and walked inside. My food was not ready at the counter like the app said it would be and I was told I had to go through the drive through to pick up my food. The drive through line was almost out in the street. 15 minutes later I got to the window I was told to pull up and wait at the curb. 10 minutes later my food was brought out. My second experience I ordered through the app and waited in the drive thru. I got to the window and this time they told me I had to come in. It took them 10 minutes for the supervisor to come out the back and find my order ticket. Then I had to wait on my sides to get cooked 1 by 1 because all of the stoves and heat lamps didn't work. I waited inside the store about 45 minutes. The entire system is broken at this store.

Respectfully, this establishment has to be the most aweful and unprofessional looking " including staffing members" place to eat at period. Thus, other surrounding areas have better quality than the one here in Albany, GA. Lastly, can't even read the menu sign anymore either, place looks horrific ever since hurricane Michael came through years ago!!
