Don't bother with the app. They have no concern for you if you use the app, just go in and order and wait your turn, you get a better meal that way. Otherwise it's whatever they piece together between other orders and it pretty much is the leftovers. Don't bother.

I know prices went up for inflation but why did quantity go down though? A side of coleslaw for $2.49, and it was in the smallest container I ever seen, maybe a 3oz container? Then it was only half full...for $2.49 more I thought atleast about 6oz. I paid $13 in some change for a number 1 with a side of coleslaw. If it would have been for me I would have take it back, but my elderly mom was hungry and waiting. She looked at the coleslaw and was shocked how small it was. It looked like a condiment sitting in the box with the food. Just sad!

The fish tasted freezer burned . The fries were soggy . The coleslaw was yucky . The place has really went down hill since the pandemic .

The staff was friendly and helpful. Got carry out and took it to the park. Half of my order was old and tough... obviously way past its hold time. Half of it was freshly cooked and tasty. I ate the good and threw away the old. Next time I'll check it better before I leave the restaurant.

Service is a little slow at times, but the food is always hot and fresh, so the pros outweigh the cons as far as that goes. They have a great meal selection, and the portions are good. I usually get a #11 and it'll feed 2 adults, a baby and toddler, for less than $15. So I think that's a win. As far as customer service, they aren't over ly nice of anything, but they aren't rude, so again, I can deal. Those minor flaws are the only reason for 4 stars. Definitely recommend!

Well I love Long John Silver's always have but the last two times I went there to eat at the one in Albany,Ga. and there was hair in my fried in my fish and when I went to let the supervisor know because he was the one who took our orders when I showed him the hair fried inside the fish he turned around in the kitchen and told the young lady who was cooking"Girl you better put on a hair net you put hair in this lady food" and that was it the second time my daughter and I went again 2 weeks after the first time I got hair in that order as well I don't know what's going on with Long John Silver's but it's BAD BUSINESS 🚫
