So Polite! Very professional! Quick service! My sandwich was made just like I ordered it, cut in half with oregano and sauce on the side. They even gave me a free cookie on my birthday for being a rewards member! Always a freaky fast gourmet sandwich made to order. Got to love Jimmy Johns!

These subs are very much average. The ham sandwich is a little salty, but otherwise, there is absolutely no flavor. Just bland. I've tried the turkey and it's the same way.

Tried the limited time beefy ranch wrap. So good. The croutons really make the sandwich. The cucumbers add crunch. Got it without the onions. Worth a try for sure.

It was good. I have the #9 and my husband had the #13. The ladies working today were very friendly. It was our first time eating at a Jimmy Johns. I think next time instead of the chips I will try their pickles instead or maybe their cookies

Customer service is always on point. Restaurant is clean, organized and adequately staffed. My order was prepared as I asked and was fresh and delicious.

First purchase sandwich bread was hard. Appeared to be stall. Second time purchase after 3 months, bread was much softer. Barbeque chips are good but my turkey sandwich had small sliceso ham no which I could barely taste it. Delivery service was extremely fast. Very professional and friendly driver
