My card was charged $23.50 three times! I called to speak to the manager on 4 different days in an effort to resolve the issue. My contact information was left for the manager during my first call. I NEVER HEARD FROM THE MANAGER! After patiently waiting for the manager for a week, I just allowed my bank to handle Cinnabon's error. I WASNT EVEN OFFERED A GIFT CARD FOR THEIR ERROR/ INCONVENIENCE!

I had a good experience everytime that I go to Cinnabon they are very personal and I have not had anyone have a bad word to say to me as of yet. But I may only get over there once a year. LOL
