Chick-fil-a

The chicken wrap had almost NO chicken in it. One half was barely half of wrap with no chicken at all. The other half may have had three or four small pieces in it of grilled thin strips of chicken. The lettuce was nice and crisp. I will give that. The chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches were ok. The fries were cold. The cashier force sold the wrap on us when we were told they didn't sell breakfast wraps all day. We weren't asked what else we wanted, just rang up for the wrap. The employees were nice tho.

Sadly, my visit today receives 2 stars because my Spicy chicken sandwich no pickle was cold. I dined in and went back up to the front counter to resolve the issue. They happily made me another one, which I greatly appreciated. I returned to my table with my soup and beverage awaiting a hot sandwich to be delivered. But, to my dismay the replacement spicy chicken sandwich no pickle was a larger filet hanging off the bun, but was COLD. My expectations were high because a few days ago I had the exact same order and it was hot and juicy. Actually, so HOT I could barely eat it, but it was so DELICIOUS. I honestly believe the filets were inside a bin where they're precooked sitting under a warmer/lamp and it would explain the terribke temperature of my filet. My loyalty to an establishment is based on consistency, food quality, visual appeal and astounding customer service. I base my experience on the pros and cons of these components along with other variables from time to time. My score is focused on food quality and the fact that the sandwich was remade and exhibited the exact same issue.

These guys are great. Even though the drive-thru was very busy, the staff was highly efficient in getting orders processed quickly and correctly. With a line of 40+ cars I was out and on my way in 15 mins, whereas I went to another establishment with 6 cars and the wait was 40 mins. Great job Chick-fil-A; keep up the good work!

I’m so glad to have the new place open. Unfortunately this new location is slower then the old location. It’s bigger, but if you use drive Thur be sure to have have 15min to waste. I actually timed it this visit.. 14 min to order.. 2 min to get food. As always food is very good. I just wished they open a location on the other side of town. The wait time is the only thing wrong with this location.
