Cashier was nice enough. But somewhere between me placing my order and the kitchen staff making it communication was lost. No fries and if I ordered mild why in heavenās name would you give me Hot!!?? Undercooked as well.
Food was good service in zaxbys in Albany Ga is still suffering from the closures during covid. Service is slow and workers act like they hate their jobs or working because the company needs them not them needing a job. So sad to see.
Have to spend half of my lunch break setting up a damn app to order food inside since my vehicle wouldn't fit in the drive through. Closed inside STILL. Get over the Covid BS. It's just an excuse to not have to clean tables anymore. People are sorry.
