The food was good here today. The 3 star rating is because of two things:
1. I ordered a salad for lunch and our server, Jaron, asked which side do you want with that. To me, this implies that it comes with a side for the stated menu price. Wrong. When I got the bill it was listed as a separate item

Food was good although my steak was more well done than medium. Our waitress was exceptional. The wait time on the food once seated was extra long due to big parties that arrived ahead of us backing up the kitchen. It was a Sunday and very busy but we were seated as soon as a table was available. Was upfront about wait time. Service was very good. Waitress was nice, kept drinks filled, and kept us updated on the status of our order. Food was wonderful. The only place to get a steak just the way you want it.
We enjoyed our visit. Our waitress was great. One of us ordered Steak cooked medium, but it was almost raw in the middle. They took it back a couple of times and then it was over cooked. Our salads were very good as well as everything else.
Told wait time was 30 minutes. Literally got seated in 30 minutes. Drink orders taken promptly. Five steak orders and one chicken tender order - came out at the same time and noone had to send food back.
