I decided to try a different Bruegger’s. This one was cleaner and the service was much better.
Down graded. Got the “oven didn’t work” excuse from yet another brueggers. Told me 20 minutes. Gotta go to work. When I said, “that’s not going to help me” I was told I was rude by the front counter person. Guess she doesn’t understand that she’s representing brueggers not herself.
How do they stay in business?
Well, the bagels are definitely better than Dunkin Donuts frozen bagels but if you’re not dependable what good are you.

Was that Himalayan sea salt on my everything bagel? Whatever it was, it made my salmon bagel exquisite. I shall return!

Horrible! You need to look to see what bagel types available to order .Came in fir sack of bagels. Employee jumped another customer in line. I walked away. Employee started yelling across store. She wanted to argue as I walked out. Not worth the time! Bad management leads to bad employees. This was the first. Good product doesn't sell itself. Bad service send customers away...for good! Zero rating!

This place has terrible customer service and the bagels didn’t end up being good anyway. We asked for an everything bagel and they grabbed a blueberry one, when we corrected them they chucked the blueberry bagel into the sun dried tomato bagels. It also took them several minutes to understand our order which only consisted of four bagels. I would not go here again.

I hadn't been to a Bruegger's in a long time so I talked with the cashier about his favorites and what I should try. He was super helpful and definitely was worth the trip. I've been back several times since.
Facilities are clean and all the staff are friendly. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews here.

I would give them zero stars but that’s not possible. The staff is extremely rude, the girl taking my order had her headphones in. I asked for my bagel to be toasted and it wasn’t. Definitely will not be coming back.

Depends on who's working. This one has poor service, no customer service and wait about a half to three quarter of a hour after opening to have everything out and bagels made.. Can't figure why corporate let's them open without products to sell. Wish I didn't delete the pictures, I would have added to this review of empty bins

I went to this Bruegger's earlier today with my girlfriend. I've visited this Bruegger's at least a half dozen times in the past and they seem to have a consistent problem with not having half of their selection available, let alone the whole thing. Also the service has never been particularly prompt (or even approachable), but this time it could've been described as dismal. When deciding on what to order, most of the bagels were mixed up with others in their bins making it difficult to know which were left, seeing as half the bins were empty. To try and figure out which ones were which before ordering we asked and before we know it the girl working behind the counter just starts slapping ingredients on whichever one she was able to pull out of the bin that we were asking about. There were only 2 people behind us and the ones in front had just paid for their meal and were on the way out. It didn't appear to be a misunderstanding so much as an effort to push us along because what we wanted didn't matter at all to the person preparing it. Getting rushed to the register like this only to find nobody at it when we got there was enough reason for us to leave, with no incentive for ever coming back in the future.
