Joe is a one man show, and while at times the wait can be a bit long, he is extremely hard working and fast. There are only a few fillings that cost extra while for the plethora remaining, you have the liberty to decide however much or little you'd like. Burritos are hearty and delicious - I prefer Buffalo Chicken or Pulled Pork.
The amount of business he gets at lunch during the week is well deserved!
