Usually would never complain or write a bad review unless it was well deserved. I tipped 2 dollars before even speaking to anyone, to just be nice. I ask the lady nicely about dunkin's tea options. Gentleman interrupted to list the tea options, than I interrupted asking if they do tea lattes. He looked at me angrily for a good 5 seconds in silence, and I tried to apologize. Than ignored me, so I continued talking to the lady (with the point of being sweet, because I understand as I work in retail). Ended up making my order, for him to make it. I said thank you, and he ignored me. Food ended up tasting like soap. Really petty. But didnt feel like asking for a new sandwich, because I didn't want him to possibly spit in my food. Stop taking things personally! I was being as sweet as i possibly can, and ended up with food i couldnt eat. :(

I’ve been going to this store for 3 years Monday through Friday religiously and ever since they hired this older lady a few months back she has messed up every order I place. If she’s on food the food it messed up if she’s on the register she’s tuning it out wrong if she’s making the drinks she’s making it wrong. When you try to talk to her about it she had an attitude. I’ve witness her argue with multiple customers over her wrong doing. The store could have no line but because of her mistakes they end up being backed up. I spend the minimum of $85 a week at this location and I’ve spoke to the staff about her and you can tell it’s frustrating them when they have to continuously fix her mistakes. Tbh idk how she is still employed there. I hope she can get extra training in her performance and mannerism. I will no longer do buisness with this location after 3 years of purchasing food because of her.

Always have to wait for the workers to come out of the office to see me waiting by the register or to come out to see that I have a mobile on the go order. Once I actually had to ask a worker to change her gloves before making my food cause her hands were touching the wall as she was leaning talking to the manager. I don’t ever order food from this location anymore because I can’t trust the proper sanitation is occurring. Nothing is the same at this location ever since covid- all the workers are different- not very friendly.

The regulars there are absolutely great, Im not sure of the guy that I always tell him his glasses need to be adjusted name but he's so nice and always smiling and the sweet girl that just got highlights I think she's the manager but I just enjoy seeing them great customer setvice

Service was not respectful by staff.
Dear owner or corporate administration,
Please train your staff to respect customers by addressing them as “sir”, ma’am, “Ms.” etc.
It so overwhelming disrespectful to address customers and strangers as “ honey” “sweetie” and “hun”. It’s way to familiar and inappropriate for the workplace.
Please offer your staff some professional development. I love Dunkin’ Donut’s products, but the professional is cringe worthy and non-existent. Yuck!

Who doesn't love Dunkin' Donuts? However, if your hot beverage comes with a lid on it, check under the lid before purchasing to make sure you got a full cup. My fav drink is the vanilla chai latte but time and again when I look under the lid I notice that my cup is only two-thirds full. This is unacceptable when a medium costs over $3. Buyer beware!

Said their Espresso machine was off for the night, an hour before closing. It's a coffee shop. Might as well close the store an hour earlier than stay open and not have espresso.🤷♀️

I got a rat in a cup for free because I asked nicely.
