New place, still clean and good Ambience. Shortage of people, Reflects on service. Wait time is appx 45min for Lamb Kabobs. Can do better.

This place is very new but I've searched all over for Mediterranean food that actually tasted it, and the Lamb Kabob Wrap that I got for lunch at Franees today was the best I've tasted here in the US. Thank you Frajees! I hope you're around for a long, long time!

Excellent Syrian style thin pita, and the house white sauce (tzadziki sauce) is really good. Everything tastes fresh and comes out hot. The owner was at the front when we stopped by and he delivers great service. I especially liked that he pays attention to guests' food allergies.

It was my first time here and the food is awesome!! Vegan options for those looking for a great falafel spot. Customer service was spot on and extremely friendly! Highly recommend for people that enjoy Mediterranean food! Next time I'm in Albany for work I'll definitely be coming back!! 😁 Thank you to the staff for being absolutely wonderful!!!!!👍🏻

For months I used to pass by this restaurant when it was getting ready to open for the first time and couldn't help but feel excited by the opening of a brand new Mediterranean restaurant on Lark. Months later I finally got the chance to check this place out and it's unfortunate to say that I left quite disappointed. Upon entrance, the place is well-designed for its space, bright and filled with modern amenities. It's sleek, but not pretentious. The menu boasts a pretty good selection of what would typically be healthy, delicious dishes. After perusing the menu, I went for the Chicken Kebob with Pita plate and requested green olives on the side. After making the order, I sat and waited....and waited, and waited, and waited some more. Finally, after what must've been around 30 to 35 minutes - mind you, there was no one in the restaurant! - one of the cooks came out not with the food I'd been patiently waiting for but to tell me that there was no hummus. How can you be a Mediterranean restaurant and not have hummus on a Friday evening where there's hardly any customers walking through the door? To compensate, they doubled up on the baba ganoush that also comes with the plate. Shortly afterwards, I get the food and more problems started to arise. The grape leaves that were supposed to come with the plate were missing, the food looked cold, and there were only two half pieces of a single green olive on the plate. I've never seen more stinginess from a restaurant in my entire life. The pita bread that comes with the plate had to be the worst pita bread I've ever had at any restaurant as it was thin like a potato chip, flaky, bland, and worst of all, cold. The chicken was dried out around the edges (as if it had been microwaved), hardly warm at all and within a matter of minutes, it got cold because the restaurant was freezing cold from the AC! The only thing that was even kind of good was the baba ganoush and the Poland Spring that I ordered. What's also odd is how the "pita" plates have no rice included and yet they cost more than $10. Makes no sense. Maybe the restaurant prepares its other plates better but that was a total waste of money. I can't see myself returning to this place when there are way better options around, satisfaction guaranteed.

It’s a very neat place and very nice costumer service. It offers free WiFi and delivery off of grub hub. The food is really good. There’s many healthy options! I would definitely like to visit again soon

It is flavoured and delicious! The taste is what every one from Middle East is looking for! I think every one has to try shawrma and the falafel! The hummus is also good and tasty. I will consider it eachtime I want to treat myself.
