Came here on the first day opening and my food was great. I came in ahead of the 3pm grand opening and for a place who is newly opening and preparing for a grand opening ordering and receiving my food was very fast. I was there for about 15 minutes, I was very impressed. Definitely will be back soon the milkshake was amazing. I'm excited to try out some brew off the tap which had a nice size selection.

If you are going here when there is no event going on at the Times Union Center, it will be quiet and service will be quick. During events, this location is severely under staffed. During a recent arena football game, this place was jammed with people and it's complete chaos. You can wait 10-15 minutes for a barmaid to notice you in the crowd and get you a drink. The food is actually quite good though. Everything I've had has been hot and delicious. If you are here during the slow times, you'll notice that the downstairs dining room/bar smells like a frat house (stale beer).

We came to crossgates for a movie and decided we were hungry. We only had about 35 minutes before the movie. We asked about how long it would take to get our food and stuff for the movie. The waitress, Audrea was amazing! She assured us we would make it in time and we did! The food and shakes were amazing and well cooked! She even got us our receipt as soon as we ordered and let us know we could change anything if we would like to add! It was very helpful and she was very reliable!

We've tried to visit this location twice during its "open" hours and both times the doors were locked. The second time the televisions were even on inside, but the door was locked. No one answered the phone. We are trying to support a new downtown Albany business, but they are making it very difficult.
