I Came In And Waited For Literally 10 Minutes And No One Came To Take My order. Now I Understand If They We’re Busy At The Drive Through But Literally No one Came To Tell Me That They’ll Come Over In A Minute. They Saw Me Come In And Didnt Even Acknowledge My Presence.

Every single time I order a croissant or bagel, it always tastes stale. I feel like I'm eating from someone's dirty house. I'd rather take the extra time and make my own food.
Nothing special,just the usual brought in donuts from another location. Not a bakery like the original dunkin where they made them on the premises. Go to Schuyler Bakery or Bela Napoli for real baked goods.
They don't always have many options for doughnuts, as it seems like they run out fast, but they do keep the drive through moving at a steady pace

Very rude staff! Me and a few coworkers go there for break and the one girl says “oh great more people just came in” I finally order my food and the lady that made my bagel threw it over to the counter and yelled my order was ready.
Found hair in my sandwich and the girls were nasty about giving me a refund or free sandwich. I didn't want the sandwich anyway. They need to put nets on their heads. Check your food people.
