I love Dunkin donuts iced coffee. But this location is always ridiculously slow. The older woman usually at the counter is not the nicest person. She always comes across as were bothering her by asking for coffee. I usually will avoid this location due to her attitude and the slowness. This morning was no different, 2 people ahead of me, took 15 minutes. They only ordered coffee. Wth.

Kathy is always the best. People on here complain about the service being "slow" don't realize its only her at the store for the first 3 hours, and there's a lot of prep to do in the morning by yourself.
The only reason I don't give 5 stars is recently I pulled up, and one of the employees was right outside the front door complaining, loudly, about her Baby daddy or something and implying sexual stuff. It was just plain trashy. It was enough to make me throw the car in reverse and go somewhere else. Which says a lot because I usually don't care about stuff like that. I don't know if its the recent hires, but stuff like that is gonna drive away the regulars. They come in for the service and conversation, not just the coffee. There's 30 other dunkin donuts in town, but this one is one of a few with no drive thru. Without charmful employees the slower service becomes more apparent. Just my opinion.

Execelent, Julie always takes care of my husband and myself. She made me a nice sandwich and also a flavored ice tea. She also made Bob a fancy drink. Like going there very much. Very satisfied.

The staff is extremely slow, rude, and oblivious to basic customer service. I ordered an iced coffee and received a piping hot java. I polity requested the correction to my order. The worker, which I earlier confused as a customer herself, stood up from a waiting bench walked over relieved me of my drink. She set it behind the counter and then she returned to her seat, completely ignoring me the entire time, and she begun to text away. The other workers saw this but made no effort to assist. I stood there in shock for several minutes giving them the benefit of doubt. I finally reached my breaking point and after exchanging dirty looks with another employee from a distance this separate employee made the originally ordered iced coffee. I left this store leaving the rude employee on her bench to rest after her hard morning of texting. I've never received such poor service from a Dunkin'.

Service at this Dunkin is great. Love ordering on my phone and being able to pickup my morning coffee when out walking the dog. (My dog stays outside for the 15 seconds it takes to grab my drink.)

Yeah so I stopped in here to place an order for some coworkers at the shop as I am a delivery driver for another company and I was not greeted when I walked in. one employee was stocking the cooler on the floor so I don't even know if he saw me and the other worker was leaning over the counter talking to one of the other customers who had already gotten their order and I stood there for about 3 minutes and no one acknowledge to me at all. This was at 1:45 p.m. on Saturday May 19th.

As usual, DD is the heart of working people. They have their app, download, install, connect to your credit card, put order and pick up even checkout using the app, convenient.

This Dunkin is slow and the staff has literally no basic knowledge of football but tries so hard to talk about it when they clearly don't know anything about it. The woman at the counter also thinks that the redcoats were patriots...and they messed up my coffee
