Arrived at 6:45 pm. Mall hours listed till 7 pm. Was told I could only get soda. I complained about them having food available for the full time they’re open. With attitude I was told I should get there before 7pm. I showed them the time on my phone and watch showing it was only 6:45. Terrible attitudes. Starbucks was kind enough to accommodate me.

Stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take an order. I could of made the tacos myself. Nobody not one person was there. And yes there are open. N

They completely forgot half my order thru uber eats. I know the driver didnt have it cause i looked in his car. This taco bell is trash and needs better workers and management.

Been here a few times, not sure why I keep returning. Some machines are always down, half the menu is usually not available. They skimp on the fillings for tacos, literally less than half of whats supposed be in there. Nachos are always greasy/soggy, or undercooked.

merchant i.e (tacobell) in (crossgates mall) the female on duty for serving was extremely rude, made false claims that their policy was that I needed my doordash bag to pick up which is okay , except I was paying with my card. which means clearly im not lying and working for doordash regardless of the bag, also on top if that when I returned she dropped the food on the floor. then purposefully told me to come get the food and refused to come to me where all the other people were picking up their orders. the cashier however was lovely and exclaimed they have no policy like that and deserves to be fired

They deleted my review because I told the truth aboit this place. It is very bad. The workers are rude and unruly. They used profanity over the phone becuase they thought that I was someone who was pranking them. Then hung up on me without even acknowledging the reason for my call. I got the names of the rude employees. I believe Cameron Deshawn and Desmond. If my review is deleted again I will take further action in calling corporate about my complaints
