I don't go here often, but the times I have the pretzels were always delicious. It's located on the first floor across from my favorite cookie place. The employees I mostly found to be mellow, but I didn't have any complaints. I don't need people to smile at me, especially if it's just going to be fake, I just want my stuff and if it's the proper quality then I'm satisfied. They pretty much sell everything Auntie Anne's offers from what I could tell. My go-to spot for tasty flavored pretzels~

I went there in the afternoon about 530 and I was very impressed with the great customer service I received fromthe shift supervisor which his name was Robert. He made us feel great about our choices in pretzels and drinks. We would definitely come back!!!
