Now, I've never been to a "bad" Jersey Mike's... but this location is hands down THE best Jersey Mike's! I live 4.5 hours due north of Albany and we have no JM's so I am required to stop and obtain Giant Italians for my husband and his cousin nearly each time I come to Albany for work. All the staff here are great, but there is one gentleman, and I am remiss for not getting his name, who makes it special. He goes WAY above and beyond, he is attentive, personable and courteous. He takes care and puts the dressing and extras on the side so I dont windup with soggy subs and he does it because he takes pride in his job and likes people. The franchise owner needs to recognize what a great crew he has and especially this man because he truly leads the others with great skill and kindness. He has the qualities of a wonderful supervisor if he isnt already one.

We waited for 20 minutes while staff worked thru a backlog of to go orders and we still did not wait for our food. The 2 people they had working clearly had zero incentive to serve customers timely and moved as slowly as possible. Will not go here again. Two other groups of potential patrons also left. Staff in Rotterdam much more equipped to serve.

I've had over 1200 points with jersey mikes so obviously I eat it often! Stopped in tonight 7/23 right before closing. Honestly the best jersey mikes I've ever had! The staff were very friendly and the store was super clean. Hopefully the manager recognizes these two awesome employees!

Stood there for 20 minutes today while the employee behind the counter complained about absolutely every little thing, gave such a rude attitude to the customers standing there… stood there for 20 mins and this girl didn’t get one sandwich made. She stood there moping around and complaining the ENTIRE TIME. Not a table was clean, someone asked for a rag to wipe one off and the employee had an attitude about that. Someone asked for toilet paper for the bathroom because there was none and she was rude about that too. We had to walk out. This was the worst service I have ever ever ever experienced before. It was shocking.
Instead of hustling, the employee was acting to childish and embarrassing herself. Do better.

If I could give it 3.5 I would have. The guys working that night I went were personable enough, however the subs seemed just a little rushed.

I love Jersey Mike’s but this location had only two slow workers today. We stood in line for about 15 minutes as they finished some online orders and two other customer’s orders that had been standing there before we walked in. When it was finally time to take more orders from those of us in line, the woman rubbed her eyes, stretched her arms out, then proceeded to lay her arms down on the counter where subs begin their journey down the counter, with her order pad in hand and said something to the effect of “go ahead.” Right before taking our order, someone came in to pick up their online order. The staff (of two people) proceeded to pull a bunch of tickets with orders off the back counter looking for his ticket. At this point we walked out and not far behind us, the customers that ordered right in front of us walked out too. We opted for another Jersey Mike’s in Rotterdam and had a much more pleasant experience.

Love jersey mike but this location is just sad. I just order here today and there was no lettuce. He could have told me in advance before ordering it. I thought maybe his coworker would get it but nope. If there no lettuce, then leave.
