Burgers. fries, milkshakes and great soda! 3 stars because the table top juke boxes no longer work, and employees no longer sing and dance. That's the whole point of Johnny Rockets!!! Bummer. Delicious burgers.

I had their French fries and it was nice. Excellent customer service.

I don't know what happened to this place but my Wife and I used to come here back 20 years ago and it was great. staff was nice and food was good but it seems Johnny Rockets is going down hill. they no longer give you nickles to play music or dance every hour or even pull the straws up. Food was not even that good. I would suggest skipping out on eating here and go eat elsewhere. I hope one day it will clean up again and be that fun dinner and a movie date night it once was.

I haven't eaten here in a couple years and it has gone severely downhill since the last time. I gave two stars because the service was fantastic especially considering I was here on black Friday. But the food was just terrible. This is a burger place so the burgers should be good but it was dry, over cooked and shrunken to 2/3's the size of the bun. The fry oil must've been pretty old because the fries tasted a bit off.

Great nostalgic restaurant. Go there for the 50s atmosphere. Don't expect anything healthy on the menu but given that for the there food is no worse than other burger and fries places. Food was ok. Many more better burger places come to mind but none with such a great location and atmosphere. Don't get me wrong, the food is good and you will enjoy. I also must add I liked the fact the food wasn't loaded with salt. (No salt on the fries which I prefer both for taste and health purposes.) As for service, very friendly and attentive.

Service bad. Wrong order received. No famous dancing routines that separate it from other burger prices. I realize we were there on their busiest time of year. Their prices are to HIGH. 5 Guys has better food, faster service and you don't have to pay the equivalent of a package of hot dogs for a single dog. The juke box was busted at our table and the bathroom was a mess.

What you'd expect from a short order restaurant. Good burgers, excellent fries and service. The only complaint I have is that they don't use plates. They use baskets with tissue paper. I understand this saves quite a lot money for them. But it's pain when there's no room for something simple like ketchup for fries.

Wish I could give 0 stars, terrible experience. My friend and I went here 5 days ago and we were seated promptly which was the only good part about our experience. We were seated and then our orders were taken in which we both ordered simple burgers and milkshakes. The waitress then gave us water when we waited for our milkshakes and that was all we received for over an hour. A family of 4 who walked in 30 minutes after us all recieved their food and milkshakes, and finished it before we recieved our drinks. Another party of 2 who came in at the same time was also eating. Our waitress never said a word until we flagged her down and said "the grill is really backed up" and asked us if we wanted sodas or anything while waiting. We said no, we were still waiting on milkshakes. We were clearly forgotten about and after almost 1 1/2 of waiting, the mother in the family next to us who got their food first told us that we should leave because it was ridiculous that they came in long after us and got their food first before we even got our drinks. So after 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting for a drink that never showed up with our waitress serving people that came in after us their food, we left. Terrible service and very disappointed. I've never been to a place that forgets their customers

First time ever going to Johnny Rockets and I have to say that it was so delicious!! I had a Route 66 burger and I definitely would get it again!! Best burger I have had in a long time! And the waiter was very nice! My sister-in-law and I ordered sprite but when we got it it tasted just like carbonated water. We told the waiter about it and she took the drinks back and gave us new ones! Overall, it was a great experience! I recommend it to everyone!

Good service....overpriced for average tasting food. I can get a tasty average size burger, fries, and shake for less than $10 at many other places. You are paying for the attraction.

Use to love coming here while Christmas shopping every year. This year is was totally different. They wear street clothes now with aprons!? I loved their old school uniforms. The kitchen messed up our order. They don’t have the little white bowls for condiments anymore. We seen our waiter when he brought us our drinks and check. Different people brought us our food. They don’t have plates now, they have a metal “basket” with paper in it. Immediately upon bringing over my chili dog the grease fell off the paper and onto my clothing. It continued to leak on the table till I made a dam with napkins against it. Milk shake was just scoops of ice cream. Impossible to get thru a straw. Was ketchup smeared on the jukebox. Never again. They have lost a lifetime customer!!

I have to say that the service was really above and beyond. Our son has a peanut allergy and the staff went out of their way to ensure that there was no cross contamination when making a milkshake for him. We were really thankful and impressed. Thank you!

Food was good , very friendly staff even when they were busy .

The staff is very helpful and cordial. Burgers and drinks were pretty good too. The only gripe I had was Lettuce. I order 2 burgers and both had a pretty huge leaf of it, which kind of meddled with taste of the sauces.

My burger was awesome and my server was the best.

The food was good even though they ran out of onion rings. Overall, staff was nice, burgers were tasty, fries covered in plenty of cheese & bacon. I'll definitely be back!

was really good when they first opened. i had been a year or so ago and was still good enough but slipping. went yesterday and it was terrible. the floors were greasy, the tables, seats and silverware were dirty. we ordered 5 milkshakes and some fries. waited 40 mins. fries were cold when they arrived, wait staff and cooks were openly arguing with each other, everyone was overwhelmed and not prepared. this place needs to close for a month. clean house, literally and figuratively, retrain new people and make a comeback. there is money to be made here. lots of foot traffic at their location. clean it up, run some “hey please come back” specials and get some new managers. or. its. over.

I took my 2 grandchildren for lunch yesterday. We had a wonderful waitress, service was great and our food was delicious. My only complaint, no one danced. The children look forward to that in other Johnny Rockets.

Was amazing food and a fun place to eat. My only complaint would be that there was only six onion rings. That seems like a small amount for an order.

Burger was perfect and you could tell it was beef, the service was great as well as the atmosphere. Will definitely eat there again when I go to the mall.

The service was great! I asked for my burger to be made with out the bun due to being gastric bypass and they did it with no hesitations, also was able to swap regular fries for sweet potato fries. Will be returning here again!

Due to lousy service , sat for almost 15 minutes in a very empty restaurant, before we were even asked about drinks . To me food quality counts but service is crucial !!
