The corn was fresh, large ears and we'll stocked. The rest of the many fresh vegetables and fruit were plentiful. I got apples, onions, corn and red peppers. All were delicious.
I was good and didn't buy any of their pastries and boy was that hard to do with the smell of baking goodies in their oven while I was shopping.
You won't be sorry I went.

This is a wonderful little shop and restaurant. Where else can you buy flowers, a little gift and have a grilled cheese sandwich followed by home made chocolate pie! The kitchen is open 9-3 Monday through Friday, but the store is open 9-5 all week. Chocolate pie available all the time! There is a small inside dining room with an outside covered seating area. On the side of the building the seating overlooks fields of flowers, beautiful!
This is a great little stop for a friendly conversation great food and a little food. Highly recommend. I will return here.

The cafe is closed on weekends, just FYI. I made that mistake, looking at the hours on here and thinking it would be a nice lunch stop on a Saturday. The shop is really cute, though, and they do have baked goods available on weekends. The pies are delicious!

I stopped here on Father's Day to pick up flowers, a pie, and their "AWESOME" fudge. Everything was great. Lauren (I hope I spelled her name right) who is the granddaughter of the original owner helped me out while I was there, was extremely helpful, very nice, polite, and cheerful.
I will be going back. Pie and fudge were excellent!!!!!

Before Georges took over it used to be one of my favorite spots. All their pies and baked goods are frozen and even then nothing is baked everyday so if your going in ask them because you could be eating something thats a week old in there. I even saw mouse droppings on the pie table. The cafe is just bad deli food and nothing more. The greenhouse has never looked so bad either, its all dead in there or on its way to dying, it looks like they dont take care of anything. It just seems like the owners dont know how to run a business if you ask me.

Usually grilled chicken on salad is good value for money. Today they skimped on the chicken and ran out of the rolls ( usually served with it). Not the first time either. Would have been nice to mention they have run out. What should have been a satisfying lunch turned out to be disappointing and way too expensive.

EDIT: AUGUST 2018
SPENT $14 for Blueberry Pie today - it was CANNED FILLING! I can get that at any grocery story for $7.99! Never again.
Some air conditioning would help make a visit here much nicer! Have been coming here for years so I KNOW it can get cooler! I'm sure you're making enough money to keep it reasonably cool - I couldn't get a breath of air.

It has changed since it became George's.
Even friendly and helpful staff won't help this place.
