I got a small salad and apparently u only are allowed 3 toppings I asked to pay extra for One more and she kept repeating how it's only allowed 3 toppings I asked 2 more times if I could pay extra for an extra topping and she said she would give it to me this Time. Hospitality over service im big on and honestly she put a bad taste in my mouth to not wanna come back or Atleast this location cus it was never that serious. But I like the food not the employees.

I just ordered from here. A bucket of I tossed noodles, tasteless meatballs, frozen debatable. Paid extra for sausage I did not receive. The frozen breadsticks were so dry, maybe if you didn’t forget the marinara or my drink I could have washed it down. I ordered a soda and received a cup. Whatever the heck is going down there needs to be tightened up, really simple stuff here. Lost my business

This place is a hidden gem, perfect place to to if you want Italian food fast. The food is easily 5 star, the only reason I do not give this restaurant 5 stars is due to the high prices. The portions they provide are huge, but be prepared to spend at least $15 per person.

I just love their food. However, I'm changing my rating. I come here once a week and I always order the same thing. However, I always noticed that the same staff always laughing at me every time I come here. "The particular location on New Scotland Ave" No business should make a customer nor laugh at a customer at what they order. Make it make sense. I'll choose to go to the other locations

Great place for a bite. The pasta bowls are a fantastic deal and you get to customize it how you like it. Steak can take a little longer since they often make it fresh for the dish but other meats are ready to go and seem to be made on site.

I can't understand why the Bellini's in Albany on New Scotland can not get an order correct whenever I order. Explicit instruction verbal and on line to "COOK" the rigatoni's longer so they're not hard and sticky. I ask for Extra alfredo sauce and they're sooooo skimpy with it that the meal is still dry!!! I have NO problems with the Latham store! I'm so done wasting my money at Albany's Bellin's!

I’m really bummed because I was so excited for the vodka sauce, but they gave me the marinara instead. Doesn’t make sense because the receipt literally says “vodka sauce” and “extra vodka sauce”
