Drinks are very hit or miss. One day I ordered an iced coffee with oatmilk and equal. They handed me and unsweetened black coffee. It should be obvious to someone at a coffee shop that a drink was made wrong if its black, but calls for some form of creamer.
Never anything prepared for night shift employee’s until 5am…. Food is always rushed, and burned…you can tell the staff does not care much
An employee named Bisma is extremely rude and always makes my drink horrible. She actually smiled and took pleasure in telling me the latte machine was broken. Most of the time, If I see her working I will turn around and go somewhere else. Good luck to this location if they keep that poison around
Terrible terrible. Took these people half an hour to make a coffee. Made me almost late to my shift. Then the guy that was supposedly the manager had ZERO idea how to give me a refund. incredibly sad...
The staff was very friendly and attentive. Prices are decent. Food is like a restaurant in Louisville I loved.
24 hour access to coffee is a must when so many professional graduate programs and potential grave shift hospital employees are in the area.

Pretzel bites are a rip off ,5 bites for 2$ and they don't have cheese sauce instead they offer mustard, disappointed.
