Had a nice little lunch at the local Panera bread near the hospital during a work trip. The staff were very nice, however, the food was just alright. They did a good job making sure the spaces were being cleaned as people left, which is something that was great to see! All in all, not a bad place to sit and get some work done!

If i could give no stars I would. I ordered at one of their kiosks that are barely mounted to the counter and waited 45 minutes for my food. My friend, who ordered the same thing, got their food within about 15 to 20 minutes and when I finally asked where my order was, they were rude and did not even try hard to look for it. When I asked again, they said they couldn't even find it in the system which is inexcusable. My card was charged so they should have offered to make me what I paid for. Do not go here for lunch or any other meal, especially if there's a rush because they do not know how to be polite or provide one simple service.

They lived up to their Panera name. I only bought coffee here and it was okay according to my preference. I've had better but had worse. If you are critical about your coffee then don't expect coffee shop coffee. It was a little weak for my liking, but I'm sure just perfect for somebody else.

Stunningly bad service at this location. Cashier and food prep worker were all over each other while other food prep lady bragged about her private life. Order was wrong TWICE in MULTIPLE different ways. As I left, after going back for a missing chicken sandwich, I heard the food prep lady get angry that she wouldn't have anything free to eat tonight (now that I came back for my sandwich). She had set it aside by her personal belongings.
Food was fine.

Their food is quite good but servings are kind of small for their high prices. They also no longer carry New England clam chowder A Stupid Love but I don't want you and have trouble finding.

The young man at the counter was wonderful! He remembered my order and my name from 2 days ago! Service was quick and friendly and the food was delicious

This was the first time that I've ever been to this particular Panera bread and the staff was very informative. Me and my friend were picking up food for a couple that had just had a baby and we were just being friendly and getting food for them so we didn't really know what to get.The staff was very informative telling us, describing the food, and being very patient with us; as we didn't know all the options that were available. The food is always good and so are the desserts I love the cookies.

I experienced the worst customer service ever! They make me wait for 40min to pickup my order. Employees were running out not knowing what to do!! Very unprofessional.

I go here almost every day but as soon as it gets busy everything goes to hell. I always order for rapid pick up. When I do the Italian sandwich I always customize it as I do not like the Giardiniera or the Argula. Twice now I have gotten back to my office and nothing is modified even though the on line order slip has all my modifications. I know you are busy but don't offer me the right to modify and then totally disregard it.

Employees were helpful. Panini was cold on the inside! Cheddar broccoli soup was very good! Your prices are rediculous though, won't be back!!

Decided to try out the new kiosk ordering system. Ordered my own food and took the table buzzer (assumed it vibrated when your food was ready like other restaurants). Continued to assist my parents with ordering on the kiosk. In the middle of completing their order a rude waitress came over and asked if I was going to sit down and take my food after I had already told her I was helping them with their order. She clearly saw how unimpressed I was with her attitude and attempting to cover by saying she was just concerned with it getting cold. As a first time panera customer I understand that everyone else may already know how this system works however you also have to expect (especially in a Panera attached to a hospital) that you will have customers that are unaware and may take a few more minutes when ordering.

Just had an awesome experience at panera!!! The most energetic, life loving, excited guy greeted me and pretty much made my day. ( he was like this to everyone I saw) ....Love when someone is passionate about their job no matter what/where it is. That's some work ethic right there! I hope someone from the company sees this and applauds him for it. Between him and my green power smoothie, I'm totally ready for the day

My wife did the pick up and we brought it home. She pulled out the broccoli cheddar bread bowl for herself and handed me a plain bowl of Garden veggie pesto. I was jealous. For bread dipping the Broccoli cheddar was the clear winner... I added more garlic to the garden veggie and that nearly evened the odds.
