The side dish here is little different than other Korean restaurants (bamboo shoot, savory and sweet "red" bean). They are good. I had to ask waitress for more.
We two people ordered bbq beef rib (cooked at table), cheese corn, seafood soup. I don't really like cheese corn, it is not rea hot and as I expected. Good service and nice staff.

This is my worst Korean bbq experience. The waitress is impatient. She didn't even ask us if we want to eat the dish at the moment. She started pouring everything into the grill without properly placing each slice of meat so that most of the meat got stick together. This is unprofessional. From the way she served us, I can clearly tell that she can't wait for us to finish our food and leave. Regardless the service, the food has poor portion and bad quality as well. Even more surprisingly, she brought us a pre-cooked chicken, which are supposed to cook in our grill. Probably this restaurant does not fully understand how Korean barbecue works. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to have Korean bbq.

Servers are friendly and attentive. Food is flavorful. Have a soju and beer, an immerse yourself. I have yet to reserve the fried chicken, so I'm looking forward to that.

Namu was clean in appearance and had a large dining room. Covid has been hard on everyone especially hospitality venues so when I arrived ,at 5:30 pm, aside from employees the place was empty. I was excited about trying the spicy fried chicken. First I was served the sides.. all were tasty.. my waitress was fine and the Host was attentive.. I expected “fried chicken” legs and such but instead I got fried chicken wings.. The sauce made the dish and it was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. But for me it was overcooked and the chicken a bit dry. The sides provided the needed balance to cut the richness of the dish. But that’s all you get.. I ordered a bowl of rice a la carte because I was drinking Soju , mango apple flavored, Both were very good.
Overall my meal wasn’t what I expected and their normal offerings for dessert was limited to one, Rice donuts, hence I opted for the black rice.
Namu is on my list to try again.. I brought home an order of Japchea , Korean glass noodle stir fry, which I’m having for lunch.
New cultures offer a journey. However this was Not what I expected .. my meal felt overpriced for-overcooked chicken wings. Service was good. Their Togo business was hopping .. I’ll go again, when I’m in the area, and I’ll try the BBQ or one of their soups. Definitely having Soju again😊

Tasty food. Our waiter was so chill, helpful, and attentive. Brought us more kimchi and we were able to order more meats. They are cooked for you at table.
Highly recommend marinated gal bi and spicy pork if you can handle spice. Spicy back ribs were a bit of a miss for me.
Even with the dinner rush, social distancing was handled well, we were more than 6ft apart. I commend their work for only having two servers to handle incoming guests, takeout, and more. I felt so comfortable and will be coming back.
Thank you!

Too expensive for the amount of food they give you. There’s no way I should be able to eat $60 worth of frozen meat and still be hungry. You charged me 30 for a prime rib that was extremely thin, the waitress pushed the meat into the grill and didn’t let me cook it or ask how I wanted it prepared, and the pork belly would have been great if you didn’t mix it into the flames for no reason. I’ll stick to Mosu I guess. Your staff is nice at least.

My absolute favorite Korean place to go dine at. Their Korean Fried Chicken is to die for! All of their foods are sharing portions, so its great for large groups. I have never had a negative experience.

I had a nice time with my friends here this evening.
Pro: the scenery was nice
Con:
1. there was no trash can in the general men's bathroom which is weird and no hand towels for people blowing their noses or something.
2. the meals were quite pricey for the quantity and it felt as though we spent $300 for mostly plain white rice. This was my first time having Korean though and I am unimpressed. Definitely not doing Korean again if they're this expensive and primarily contain rice.
For context; a bottle of coke was $3.50 and there was no unlimited refills or something
