Dawn’s Victory Sports Cafe

Stopped in for a drink an to possibly hangout after a long trip but , as soon as we walked up to the bar to see what they had , one of the female bartenders was rude asking us what we wanted before we could even see what selection of alcohol was available * not much of anything really or anything that caught my eye . She then proceeded to ask for my ID it’s very understandable so I didn’t mind , but due to standing behind ppl that were seated at the bar it was hard to hand it over so I slid it on the bar once again same bartender was rude an made a comment about me throwing it at her ? I took my shot an payed. Me & my friends left quickly , don’t think I’ll be back to that bar next time I’m in town.

This place is incredible. I have been looking for a bar to call home in Alb and I believe I found it. The owners were very welcoming and kind. I had a great time last night for Halloween. The place is clean. The bartender, a young woman was courteous, intelligent, fast and very cool. I highly recommend a stop at Dawn's if your in town or live here!

SOME of the upstate establishments that I have been to have truly showed their true colors. You play music of your liking and there will always be a negative comment of pure ignorance. Last time that I checked music is universal and there are different genres of music not just one type. Most uncultured people don’t understand that. If you don’t like diversity you shouldn’t be in business. With that being said I will spend my money elsewhere.

Very covid safe. Tables are spread apart and staff wears a mask. I got the Mac and cheese which was okay, it had a good crunch but tasted mostly like butter. My partner got the chicken bacon ranch wrap no tomato. We were surprised to see their wrap was a tomato wrap (instead of plain). There were a lot of other food options we wanted to try and will give the food another go. Ps. The French frys and chips were AMAZING!
