This is the worst place to eat in Alamosa. Inwaits 15 min in the drove through at the speaker to place my order. It took another 15 mins to receive it and I am a heart failure patient, asked for French frys no salt and a big Mac. Got home and the Big Mac was missing a patty and was cold and my Frys were super salty. I was in the drive through from 9:05 pm until 9:45 pm.

I have never seen a McDonald’s so slow and blame management entirely. You see a line around the building but yet you have employees power washing a clean sidewalk. Really!? Are you that dumb because you should grab those employees and and bring them in to help relieve the line. Learn to think instead of stretching g your poor employees thin

So thankful that Alamosa has this location. Wish they would get one down near Fort Garland. Drive through has always been a little crowded so you want to may wait after or before rush hours for lunch. They have indoor seating. Customer service has changed from person to person but for the most part has been friendly and efficient.

Stopped to get a drink and use the rest room. It was open to, but I believe you had to order thruthe drive thru. Anyway, the ladies restroom was so nasty!! I'm like, I can't use the bathroom. COME ON WOMEN, FLUSH THE TOILET AFTER YOU POOP! YES, I understand kids use the bathroom, too!!

Fries were cold, even though it was very busy. I asked for sweet ice tea they gave Mr unsweetened ice tea. The chicken nuggets were not soft.

Had to hop the thru lines two times because the side I was on didn't help me order, immediately after switching to the other lane I hear the speaker turn on for the next customer on the other side. Had to wait 15 minutes to order while 3 more cars ordered on the side I assumed was broken, then wait another 15 minutes after ordering to receive my food.

Prices are higher here than any other McDonald's I've ever been to! They even charge .40 for extra mayonnaise and the only reason I have to ask for extra mayonnaise is because they barely put any on my sandwich at this location. The employees rarely thank me at either window and the drive thru is the only option because they still haven't opened the lobby like the rest of the US has! I hate this McDonald's location and only go there as a last resort!

If I could give it zero stars, I would! Crusty chicken sandwich was cold and hard, fries were old and cold and how do you ruin a coke? There was coke all over the cup. I asked the woman to please wipe it off. She gave me a look like she would like to kill me. Perhaps if her false eyelashes weren't in the was, she could have seen the coke all over the cup!
