The food is good. The service is great. My only complaint is I had to park at 3 different menu's before finding one that works. I would think they would be in great working order considering you order and pay though them.

This Sonic is not very sonic fast, in fact, they are pretty slow... The food always tastes fine though! If you need something fast to eat though I'd go elsewhere. They also close their stalls after like 6 or so so that's a little annoying. One thing I really like here is their hidden menu item of a cream slush! It's so good! If you haven't ever tried it, I'd strongly suggest it!

04/21/22 @ 5pmThe girl taking orders for drive through was rude. I asked her to wait to make our ice cream until we get to window because we always recieve melted ice cream. She told me I get what I get no matter what. I told her I will not pay for the ice cream if it's melted. She told me go some where else. So that's what we did. Sonic used to be awesome. Now it has a bunch of rude punks!

I usually don’t read the reviews when going to fast food restaurants because fast food is fast food, right? Not this time! Wow! It was horrible! My chicken was so tough that I could barely tear it apart with my teeth. My wife’s bun was rock hard. The tater tots had a funky taste. My daughters kids meal did not come with a prize and none of us were given the catsup we asked for. This experience has made me want to start reading reviews the next time I eat fast food.

Pretty decent food but terrible service. They consistently mess up your order, are slow and rude. Charged me $16 something for a hamburger. I was polite and tipped anyway but not coming back.

I've dined at Sonic all over the country. The Sonic in Alamosa is unequally the worst. Never gets orders correct, fries are ALWAYS cold and tough and the drive thru is so slow people actually get out of line and go elsewhere.

Waited many minutes at a stall, never answered call box. Finally went to drive through took over half an hour to do that. Heard them tell the car in front of us their ice machine was broken and they are out ice. Shakes were OK.

Yeah I’ll say it. This establishment is trash and not worth the drive or the bill. Can’t even get a simple order right !! Guess what no receipt either to go and complain about the mess up. When you live in the valley things aren’t just an up the street drive!! Worked here for two years and will not return or recommend. T R A S H
