Very disappointed.. I understand they were busy but the cashier taking my order at the drive thru never let me finish ordering with out interrupting me by constantly asking if i needed anything else. I get home. My order was wrong. Did not get a receipt. Called over 15 times and no one ever picked up. The meat on two of the burgers was raw plus were not made as per my order. As I'm typing my son is still calling and no answer. Won't be going back

Just drove by and picked up 2 orders. Impossible Whopper Combos Drinks and Jalapeno Poppers. One had a Blacked pattie. Why even put a pattie like this into the burger? Because they know it's takeout? Because most customer's won't complain? Totally Unacceptable! Do not have time to drive back to Alamo, Tx. It was the worse burger I've ever had. I called back twice and got no answer. I tend to leave Good Reviews but this is just not acceptable under Any Circumstances!

Ok, 2 stars means i disliked it. Here is why
While their line was short, and the #8 original chkn sandwich was hot and juicy, the restroom looks like a mess. No mirros, no towels, not clean. Warranted, the restroom is shared with a liquor store, I'm not sure if BK has direct hand in the cleaning and updates of it.

Employees are very sad. I know fast food isn’t the best job (worked in it for 6 years) but customer service here is lacking a bit. Also. Same consistency with the coupons. Some don’t care others will FIGHT you to you don’t give them the coupon code.
