The store in alachua was the worst I stood at the register for a good 15 min why the cashier stood there texting and laughing and flirting with an off the clock employee. Finally manager came out and she finally helped me. They were out of ice coffee don't know why there was plenty of employees standing around on phone laughing etc and NO customers. Then finally got ordered. Manager Kelly took forever making food because she was too busy laughing and playing with crew. Drive thru girl was only one working. Then the manager is asking you to do survey but she is doing it for you so she gets all highly satisfied.bisnt that against store policy. made my order wrong drinks were partially filled and food was sloppy made and tortillas was old. Can I give them a negative 10.

This store is terrible. The people working the drive thru don’t pay attention to what you order and they never give a receipt. My husband has a terrible bean allergy and he always orders the cheesy chicken chipotle melt. The girl at the drive thru, in all her wonderful intelligence, repeated back to him twice, the wrong order. He corrected her and she got so irritated with being corrected she told him to pull around. She didn’t even put the order on the screen for him to verify it was correct. So tired of dealing with these people. And they’re almost always rude when you go there. Like they don’t have the time of day to put forth the effort of good customer service. Would not recommend at all. Save your money and go somewhere else because these people are ignorant and careless. So done with this store!!! And they don’t even answer the phone!!!!

Super rude and unfriendly people, will make you go back around the line just because THEY are out of something. Then when you get to the window and try to speak to someone they barely acknowledge you. Plus I don’t know who is ordering shipments for food but they can never order the right amount of food because they’re always out of food by like 8
