Papa Johns Pizza

1st time using the app since most reviews said don't bother to call the order center in India... the app was easy to use, and the tracking feature was interesting, accurate and informative! We laughed that we actually watched the car moving on the map all the way to our house! Ok... on to the pizza. Got the New York style with double pepperoni and it was delicious! Nice chewy thin crust, sauce was kinda spicy, ample amount of cheese, pepperoni was everywhere but not greasy and overall a good pie! Definitely will have it again! Delivery was on time friendly.

Train wreck customer handling 12/17/21 9:00 PM. Innocent mistakes are fine. Lack of responsibility and poor treatment of regular customers amazingly unsatisfactory. Pizza delivery is definitely in a downward spiral these days. Train your staff. When you get it right you are awesome. The problem is you get it right maybe 1/3 of the time. Your staff tonight very poorly represented you. I'd like to think tonight an innocent mistake, followed by weakly trained management, and probably a busy frustrating night for the team. But wow. Train your staff. Customer handling should not be left out or left to chance. ... 4/11/22 After almost 4 months off.. I returned to give Papa John's another go. Great service delivered in record time. Pie looks and tastes good 👍 😋. Thanks for improvements.

Don't Apply for a Job here you will be Highly disappointed. The Manager that interviewed me was very Unprofessional, Had me wait 40 minutes after the scheduled time for the interview and " Walked in the Office to Interview me and said "Wassup Dude". It was a 2 Minute interview and I dont even know her name as she never mentioned it. Have waited 3 weeks for a background check I was told I would get through Email but never received it even after Multiple calls to the store. I should have known and listened to myself after reading all the Bad reviews they already have before I went for the Interview. So much hope and time wasted. DONT APPLY 🚫🚩🚩

I had a guy for my service and he was awesome but his manager had a very bad attitude and was very negative. I even tried to cheer her up but she wasn't having it....she got irritated when I asked for ranch sauce. I will still come to this location but I don't want her to do my service, i like to maintain my positivity.

Walked in and placed a order 1/31/2022 7:31 PM... Ordered a large 3 item pizza and the african american woman behind the counter told me it would be around 17 dollars and some change. She rings up the pizza and says "$21 dollars" I didn't say anything because I just wanted my food. She said 10 minutes... I walk back inside to get my pizza and see a guy in the back cutting my pizza... then he puts the peppercini's in the box with his fingers without using gloves. I can understand anything like a pizza that goes in the oven you don't have to wear gloves.... but anything cold like that you should always wear gloves, that's a big NO NO. I didn't say anything, I simply just threw the peppercini's in the trash can... I started to eat my pizza and then bit into a metal object that was below the cheese!!!! It looks to be a piece from the oven rack that shouldn't have been under the cheese or in the pizza in the first place... I believe it was put there on purpose intentionally and I will be contacting corporate and the health department.

Order a large 2 topping Pepperoni carry out special for 9.99 get to the store the pizza was made wrong so it was remade me waiting another 15 min for it to be remade I get home and notice the new pizza is not only made wrong IT WAS SONEBODY ELSE ORDER ALOMG WITH NAME.I called the store to tell the situation was given apology and was told a credit would be placed on my account for the next time I order. 2 days later I order the same thing and the lady at the counter told me I still owe 9.99 because the pizza originally is 17.99.Im not understanding how a credit is applied to my account for a pizza you messed up not 1 time but twice.I will not be back

Order pizza, breadsticks, and extra sauces. OVER an hour later ( should have been delivered 20 minutes earlier according to the app) it was delivered cold. When we called the store a male Picked up and HUNG UP when we calmly voiced our grievance. I don’t know who they are using for delivery but this is the second time we have had an issue am we are over it!!!!! We will let our reward expire and order from somewhere else from now on. It’s a sad day because we love the pizza but HATE the service. We will try to reach out tomorrow in hopes we do not get hung up on.

First, when you call to make an order- you get a call center in India that takes your order. You can’t get a hold of the actual shop. And then they used door dash to deliver my order. And the door dash driver refused to bring the pizza to my door. She made us come out to her car and get it. No way to complain to the store or door dash, since we didn’t order through door dash. Btw, what door dash driver won’t get out of her car?
