Great place if u need help they got u
Great coffee, good neighborhood. The staff were nice, great place to work away from the office.Decent little coffee place. A little expensive for my taste, and not a lot of seating. Has a vibe similar to many European cafes I have visited. The pastries are very good, and I appreciate that they sell the equipment they use to make their coffee.

Just try the place. You WILL love it and come back again and again. You will also be doing a service to the community as they support social programs.
Man! This place doesn’t just have good breakfast, they also spread love and good works all across the south side of Akron. The community at the Front Porch is vibrant and truly loves people and helps them get back on their feet. Love all the philanthropic work they do, and the way they spread good news!
This place really cares. They offer hot meals that are very affordable. Always a helping hand, a shoulder to cry on , and someone to lean on if you are struggling with any life circimstances. I recommend stopping in for one of their weekly support meetings. Always a safe place to find people who promote peace.
I love the Front Porch Cafe for its location and availability to the #13 bus outbound to the Goodwill and Giant Eagle at Firestone Park. The Front Porch Cafe's benches outfront are such a kind accommodation for those of us who ride the bus, not every bus station has a covered bench, and this kindness of strangers is sometimes all the difference in deciding whether or not to make a journey, especially here in Ohio where we experience 6months of inclement snow and freezing temperatures and then the summer time blues so hot and humid it becomes necessary to be able to have a seat while waiting for the bus. Even better than that, a fun quaint little cafe to stop in and have a drink or snack or get together with friends for a meal.
The front porch offers a simple menu of good food at a good value. In a spacious, attractive, if not overly adourned cafe. Call ahead if your in a hurry. Fast, is not a word I'd use to describe the service. Though, they are friendly.
It's a great place to have a small meeting or work on something by yourself. A number of social improvement organizations use the office space upstairs and they regularly meet with business contacts in the cafe. This lends a possitive energy to the whole place.
Here for United Way day of action. They play important role in the community, helping people who need a hand up. We were served wraps (turkey, ham and tuna) for lunch they were delicious!
