Rocco's Pizza

I ordered two twelve piece chicken, one dark, one mixed with jojo's, 2/ 2liters and 2 salads. Cost over $50. I talked to the manager. When the order arrived, I received one twelve piece mixed chicken. When I called, I was told that I did not order the dark chicken, even though the young man recited the order back to me twice. I'm through with Rocco's! This is the THIRD TIME they have done this to me and my family. NEVER AGAIN! Below is my Antipasto Salad with Extra, Tomatoes, Meat, Cheese, Eggs,Croutons and Creamy Italian Dressing. $16. Would you eat this?

DO NOT GO HERE! Absolutely awful customer service!! Awful management! DO NOT GO HERE! Ripped me off for $72.00 for food that I did not receive for a party! They had informed me my card did not go through due to there computer glitching out my card was charged I showed them it my bank account they had informed me it was my fault that I gave them the wrong zip code.. I have lived at the same address for 16+ years. The worker had asked me 3 times for my zip code and repeated it back to me correctly. While I was there trying to figure out when my money would go back on my card or if they were going to supply my party with the food I paid for. The same thing happened to another customer!!!! They had told the other customer the same lie saying it was there fault over their zip code!! I was told the money would go back onto my card or I would get store credit. A week later never got refunded for my money never made it right by making the pizzas or even giving me store credit nothing. I went to Regina’s right down the street 110% better quality than Rocco’s and they have amazing customer service they supplied for my party very last minute! My friends and family will never go back to roccos after that stunt.

I order a 12pc.dark with JoJo's and every piece of chicken had feathers fried in the chicken can't be eaten at all called them to let the manager know about my order and was told all they can do is give me 10% off my next order then hung up on me. I then called back spoke to someone else after being hung up on to let them know that I don't want the order at all and that I wanted to send back my 12 PC. Chicken but will keep anything Else because I placed a large order and i know how hard it is for everyone right now. But was treated so rude and disrespectful that I will be calling the heath department first thing in the morning to file a complete and the better business will hear about this as well Rocco's pizza 2008 East Ave, Akron Ohio.

Love their delivery guy! Their homemade Italian and ranch are the best. I order big sizes of it and keep it in the fridge to use on my salads I make at home. I told Ryan he needs to market it and sell it it’s so good! Their garlic bread is delicious. I love their cheese pizza. I’ve had their chicken Parmesan and it’s good but I really like the Alfredo.

Spoke with a guy who said his name was Dodi, very very unprofessional & disrespectful seemed like he was racist as well when speaking to me, also he refused to let me speak to anyone in management as I called numerous times...if I could give this place a zero I would have this place needs to be shut down!
