Honestly, I don’t understand all the good reviews. It’s what convinced me to order from here. They forgot my order so I had to wait an extra 35 minutes on top of the previous 45 minutes I had initially waited to pick my order. Then, no apology and no offer for a discount later, the pizza was disgusting, and I didn’t even finish a single slice. The beef tasted off, sauce is so bland, and the crust was burnt and undercooked. First time, and last time.

The only reason I rated Rosallinis more than 1 star is because their prices don't fool you for the quality of food you're going to get. This is the only place that delivers to my house and every (3) time I have ordered different things to give this place another chance in hope of better food. The pizza crust is too thin and somehow overcooked AND undercooked, the pasta dishes taste frozen and their subs don't include mayonnaise, but instead miracle whip. Needless to say my third try with their food was three tries too many.
