I understand staffing shortages but when you don't have the staffing to stay open till midnight and you close at 10pm instead, please turn off mobile ordering. I waited 15 minutes until I went inside, or tried, to ask what the holdup was, then I read the sign closed at 10pm. Also a huge line of car
Multiple times I've gone to this McDonalds and got the wrong order. I'm not in the habit of checking the bag, but I started. I'll order a Big Mac meal and get a single cheeseburger and a drink. That's not even a meal option. The burger even has black ink on it somehow.

It's McDonald's. Sometimes you get an extremely friendly cashier and sometimes you don't. Sometimes the food is great, sometimes fries are old and nasty or the muffin is hard and you know it's been sitting for a while. MOST of the time the food is good and staff is really nice.
It's McDonald's so you know what you're getting yourself into. However, this particular McDonald's has terrible staff, poor customer service, and the food is extra awful.
I cannot recommend this particular restaurant if you're in the area. Literally any other place will do you better.
