Pizza Hut

Not at all thrilled with pizza hut York Street. We ordered online. It took us 20 minutes to get there, the app said our food would be ready in 8 minutes btw. But when we got there we sat around waiting for another 20 minutes and the guys says ,"my bad I didn't know your food was ready". We get th3 food home. We don't have all of our food and when I called he put me on hold for 25 minutes until I gave up and finally hung up. I called back the next day and the lady I spoke with was very helpful I have no complaints about her.

I ordered delivery and my pizza was delivered with wrong toppings. I tried to call store, but was continually put on hold, so I just filled on the survey they email to you. Corporate contacted me and told me the manager would be in touch. When they checked back in the local manager had not contacted me, and they told me he/she would within the week. I received an email that they had a free pizza for me, but when I replied to inquire how to receive it, I never got a response. I gave them another chance and ordered delivery again. My pizza was again delivered with the wrong toppings - green peppers instead of green olives. I called and was able to speak to someone who told me they'd remake the pizza but it would be about 1.5 hours for it to be delivered. My husband said he'd pick up the pizza and did so. I opened the box, correct toppings, incorrect crust. I didn't bother contacting them and just threw both pizzas away. Don't waste your time with this location if you want to receive what you order, because they just can't be bothered.

I ordered delivery to my home, less that 1 mile away.. 2 hours later still no pizza!!! I called and the girl said they had no drivers at this time and it would be another 30 mins before it was delivered. I asked "then WHY did not someone call me back about this??" it happened before when there was going to be a delay, and I said no problem we will be there to pick it up when ready. The girl just put the phone down on the counter and all I heard for 15 more mins was what was going on in the store. then a hang up... I got my pizza finally after another 40 mins. it was COLD!! they must have had the pizza made on time and just resting under the heater.. but it was COLD!!! $35 for a cold 3 meat pizza and cinnibons.. plus tip included and I get cold pizza!!! we are not a family who will eat pizza cold.... I made sure my friends on social media heard this story.. I am not going back!

We love Pizza Hut because of the wings and occasionally try the specialty pizzas, but we ordered the new cheesey twist pizza and it did not look anything like advertisement. The crust was very doughy and was not much cheese on the "supposed twist" parts that looked like extra mis-shaped crust. Very disappointed for the price of the pizza. I'm giving it a two star because when ordering wings we have had to pay for ranch lately, when normally you would at least get one ranch free with a wing purchase. Also because the pizza being a specialty was over priced with raw dough still and not even close to what has been advertised.

Both pizzas were cold, one was correct crust while the other was not. They tasted old. My previous order was wrong as well. I like pizza hut when the pizza is fresh and correct. Perhaps some training for employees in how to read online orders would be helpful as well as following through with the orders.
