Hibachi House

The flavors were great but the portions were not. I ordered the 2 way combo (2 meats) and I received an a decent amount if chicken but practically a pinch of steak.(portion on the top of the plate was steak bottom was chicken) My friend friend ordered the steak bowl and he had just as much steak as I did chicken. I get a feeling they just took some of his portion an dropped it on my plate. Basically I paid almost double the price of a regular plate and got little for it. Its hard to place a rating because they were nice and the food had great taste but I feel the portions for the cost was not worth it.

I ordered a plate of shrimp fried rice and only got 3 shrimp in the whole plate. Once I called the store and told them why did they charged me $11.64 for a plate the owner was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Will definitely be canceling my card and getting my refund and DEFINITELY DONT NOT RECOMMEND THIS HIBACHI HOUSE TO ANYONE. Tokyo Grill is SO MUCH BETTER.

This used to be a great value. Good food and good portions for a good price. Over the last few years I have seen your prices rise, and the more expensive ingredients become less and less in the dinners. My Hibachi Steak tonight was mostly rice and broccoli, with 3-4 ounces of steak, two small scraps of carrot, and two small scraps of zucchini. 1 order of Hibachi steak, and 1 order of kani pockets (my usual order) used to cost $15, and now it is $20, with much less steak and vegetables. For this price I can go to a steak house and get a larger portion of much higher quality steak, and a larger portion of vegetables. They won't rip me off with a bunch of cheap rice and broccoli. I have seen so many restaurants do exactly what you have done, and I have stopped doing business with all of them. The only reason I give you two stars instead of one is because the food still tastes good. I won't be back.
