Dunkin' Donuts

These were large drinks and this is how they filled them. We tried to ask them to fill them up and the lady that has worked there for years was extremely rude! She said these are portioned drinks. I can understand that but this is a portion for a small! I paid over 15 dollars for three drinks. The hot large is not pictured but same filling process. The lady was very rude and intimidating. I have complained about her before and they said they would talk with her and that they have received numerous complaints about her. I will never go here again! No customer service, no value for your money and simply poor product. The ones that are cold included ice so can you imagine what a small amount of beverage I really received! Less than pictured! All for over 15 dollars! Update: I called and spoke with a shift leader and she was extremely nice and working with us to resolve this issue! She did know who I was speaking of but I will not post names.

Stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon around 3:30 to get some doughnuts. Saw a car in the drive thru so I walked inside. No customers inside, employee working the window and someone in the back. Waited at the counter for about 4-6 minutes, was not approached or greeted. From what I could see, the doughnut inventory was low. Eventually left with out anything

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I do come through this place often, and they almost always have my mobile order ready to go when I pull up and I’m met with a cheerful attitude at the window. Sunday night a whole gang of us decided we wanted coffee, so we all put in our mobile orders and piled into the car at about 8:30. When we got to the window, they had everything ready and didn’t seem to hate our guts for placing multiple orders so close to closing time. (I work in retail, so I always feel so bad for ordering within an hour of closing when I know everyone really just wants to close up shop and head home 😅). Anyway, I just wanted to give y’all 5 stars and say that I really appreciate all the baristas who hand me my order with a smile and a cheerful attitude many mornings. I always find it so encouraging and it cheers me up before heading into work myself 😊

This would be perfect if they offered more cream options in the lattes like other Dunkins in the CSRA. The staff were always nice. If there was an issue they fixed it for me. I always look forward to stopping by while in Aiken. I witnessed a disgruntled customer swear at the staff and they handled it very well. Thank you for all yall do.

March 8 EVENING saddest experience ever. My father and baby brother came to the establishment to get Dunkin’ for mom. The Caucasian women in the front with the African American women in the back started laughing about my dad, trying to hide it. My dad confronted them and the Caucasian women kept smiling acting like she wasn’t making fun of him. We come here all the time and for my dad to be treated like that is disgusting. You two women are demented and ugly. Making fun of my father for what? His accent? Racist dunkin. And as I read this comments I see that they have received various complaints probably on the same women. Grown women that should know better. Kids treat people better then these folks. They know who they are.
