I just picked up an order from Shane's Rib Shack, Aiken, SC. I am so disappointed!! The ribs were ok but the sides were terrible. The okra tasted like it had sat under a heat light; mushy and with no flavor. The green beans were greasy and had no flavor. My large tea had no ice and the peach cobbler tasted like it had been run through a blender. It was practically pureed. I placed the order to be picked up and I left a very nice tip. The meal was $13.xx and I left a $10.00 tip. I won't go back again.

You are one of our favorite places to go during these uncertain times. My husband loves the pork plate and the fries are the best. My only negative comment is you insist on putting your fabulous Shack Salad in a styrofoam to go clam shell. This totally ruins the experience. If you can use metal trays for your platters and sanitize them you should be using salad bowls for your salads. Please get salad bowls!!! Thank you.

Awful.....Ribs more pepper than flavor and tough..grilled chicken tenders very chewy.... Texas toast toasted on one side... Coleslaw a bit chilled...I stopped before because of this
