Great restaurant with great food. Very attentive wait staff and the menu is limited and specific and they clearly take a lot of pride in their dishes. While they are much pricier than your typical chain steakhouse, you get what you pay for and I highly recommend everyone experience this restaurant. I had the frenched ribeye and key lime pie and both were delicious.

Prime was recommended to us by a charming couple who own a quaint shop in Aiken. We were very disappointed. Owner and general manager were both highly unprofessional. Owner rattled on loudly on his cell phone to a dog sitter while standing in the middle of restaurant. The general manager dressed as if she were headed to a WWE match in blue camouflage. My husband ordered the prime rib, which was cooked properly. The sides were a very small scoop of lumpy mashed potatoes and 2 small onion rings. I ordered the fish special of crab stuffed halibut with specific instructions to have the wine sauce served on the side which did not happen. The sauce was extremely salty, the crab stuffing was cold and the halibut underdone. We told the waitress about the salt issue and she informed the GM who NEVER came over to our table to apologize or ask what if anything she could do to correct the issues. Extremely over priced. The 2 star rating is purely for our server, who was pleasant and prompt. We went into restaurant listed at a $$ cost and were hit with $$$$ priced meals. $130 before tip for 2 specials, 1 coke and 1 water. Date night will never see us back there.

Food was great I just can't see spending $100 for two cocktails apparently the owner knows but just doesn't care

Best part of the meal was the dumpster outside, where our meals ended up. Service was good but most food was warmed up not made fresh. Being from NY Excited to try a NY steak house experience in Aiken and very underwhelmed to say the least.

Pros: Service was attentive, professional, and prompt. Manager greeted us at the door and had our reserved table ready. Very accomadating. Most of the food was well prepared. Atmosphere has a small old time feel which reflects what I think of when I think of Aiken. Cons: I felt the steak was more char than anything (Ribeye-med). Additionally, despite most of the food being well prepared, it was definitely over-priced. It also took an unnecessary long time to get to the table. Setting was very crampt. Lots of excuse mes, definitely built for couples not families. Overall: Good, if you don't feel like driving out of town for a quality romantic dinner. But if you've got the time, you can do better for your money.

Nice atmosphere and staff was very attentive. Expensive menu. Cost as much as what we pay for dinner at a much nicer restaurant in California and at Michael Jordan’s steakhouses in Chicago. Steaks were no comparison! They are tough and not aged at all. Very disappointed birthday dinner!!! Could have saved our $200 and got a much better dinner at Longhorn’s in Augusta or Evans.

Excellent personalized service -and food! Randy the owner and Matthew, our server, catered to our every desire, anticipated our needs and makes amazing recommendations. Very relaxed but upscale atmosphere- had a large group and called ahead as we also had our dog with us. Randy had everything ready for us and checked on us several times throughout the meal. Food was outstanding, especially the bone in filet and Randy’s own Tiramisu was FABULOUS! Definitely will dine at Prime again!
