When going to diners, I’ve always felt you get either an old place that’s maintained it’s aesthetic, one that’s very old but been made newer, or a new place that’s been made to look iconic. This is definitely the latter, as it perfectly maintains all the niceties of a new locale while hints of classic Americana are rooted throughout.
The customer service is fantastic, and of course the food is very good. Would highly recommend if your looking for that perfect answer to a “local spot”

We ordered our food for curbside, but had to go in to get it. Wife ordered the meatloaf, tasted ok but was as dense as a brick. The order came with no utensils so we had to turn around and go back. I ordered a burger. It only came with half of what I ordered on it and my fries were cold.

We were seated immediately, it helps we were there at 5:15, though. I had a very enjoyable white Zombie ale. The pimento cheese dip with pita chips was delicious. My deep fried chicken livers were the best I've had in a long time. My wife really enjoyed her Betsy burger. The grits casserole was tasty. I really enjoy Betsy 's round the corner. Service was good too.

Very nice, shaded, outdoor seating! They seem to be taking all the covid precautions seriously, the staff were all properly covering their mouths and noses, and all seemed to be wiping surfaces in between other tasks. Eating outside on a weekday felt very safe, only one other group was outside, well away from us. Music was nice and little finches were looking for crumbs, the children really enjoyed that.

Very popular with the locals, with a home cooked taste and reasonable pricing. Chose a meatloaf meal. Had a wide selection of beer and wine.
Staff proved both friendly and attentive. This was our first visit. Located as a downtown establishment, a lovely walk to and from our lodging. We will return.

They did away with quite a few of their good recipes like the pesto wrap and the po'boy sandwich. The slow roast was so bland and so was the lima beans. Their famous chicken and dumplings was salty and too simple to make to be part of their menu. It's just flour dough and plain chicken meat. The panini sandwich had a nice balsamic dress. Overall, it was average. The service was good but the food was not worth the price. Suggest to go to Panera bread for their soup and sandwiches.

Was excited to try something new and it was halfway decent. The porkchop was ok could had a better crisp to the crust. Chicken and dumplings were extremely salty. Cabbage was amazing. But the rice and gravy they gotta do better I couldnt eat it so plain. Very disappointed for the little portions and high price. Will not eat there again

We were here yesterday, for my Birthday. It was a wonderful meal, friendly wait staff, and The owner Betsy was cleaning tables. Our food was out of the park good, and desert was something we will talk about for years to come!!

The food here is always amazing! I am so grateful they can and do accommodate food allergies. Both of my children have severe food allergies and it is a huge relief to be able to eat out with them. The staff is always friendly and kind.

Looking for the perfect place to eat in Aiken South Carolina. Go to Betsy’s on the corner. yes step back in time to the 50s and early 60s music playing in the background motif of the restaurant is amazing. Then you meet the most energetic happy waitresses and waiters who greet you with hello darling. You need to try some of the appetizers like the fried green tomatoes and the permit a cheese on Pita bread. After that I would suggest one of their crafted hamburgers absolutely delicious but don’t leave before you have a slice of strawberry cake. A true five out of five restaurant.

And the food... oh the food!! The handburgers were delicious and the milk shakes were so yummy!!! Definitely a place to visit!!

Visited Betsy's on the Corner for the first time today. Even though it was crowded when we arrived, we didn't have to wait long. My mother & I had a lovely experience! Our food was great (my Mama loved the burger) and the Chicken & Dumplings are delicious! Our server was friendly & attentive, and Betsy came over and chatted with us awhile. We will definitely return when we are in Aiken.

My kids and I come here when we get the chance, and it is always a great experience! They are always a full house but its never a long wait and it only proves at just how great they are! Every experience is different, but so far they have all been great! Food is great, dessert is scrumptious, and service so far as been fantastic! Great little spot to try if youre coming down to Aiken!
