We go to the Aiea Cajun King quite often because of their $12.99 lunch special ... We always order the yummy salt & pepper 1/2 lobster, NY steak, and fried rice (made with Portuguese sausage). The steak is always perfectly grilled medium rare as we requested. The staff has always been attentive and nice to us. In terms of taste, quality, quantity, and value, this lunch special is unbeatable in Hawaii! NOTE: The Cajun King in Kaimuki and Kaneohe do not offer this lunch special. Yes, the Kaneohe one does have this on the menu, but they never seem to have it when we go there.
2018-UPDATE: I’ve stopped going to the Aiea Cajun King since they don’t offer the fried rice as an option with the lunch special any more. I’ve returned to the Kaneohe Cajun King because they now offer a lobster tail instead with the lunch special AND they still offer fried rice, too! Turns out lobster tails were a much more reliable supply for them than whole lobsters.
Cajun King has the best crab ever! My favorite is the king crab and snow crab with Cajun garlic butter on the mild side! All that sweet flavorful juice dripping on a bowl of white rice! Mmm mmm mmm.. life is short!! Enjoy this good eats! And.... service is fast! We don't have this on Maui and I'd fly every other month there to get my fix! Won't leave Oahu without having it!

My husband and I can't speak good enough about this place! He grew up Cajun and I've been going to boils for a while and it's so good!!! They won't disappoint you. We won't go anywhere else! Also the food comes out fairly quick and the prices aren't bad for what your getting.

I loved the food here! Servers were polite and helpful! Tables spaced out nicely to protect their customers. Flavors were awesome! We tried the Cajun and butter, garlic! Cheap beer, too!

Good choices of Various Seafood. From Dungeoness Crab to King Crab to Snow Crab & Lobster w/some corn, potatoes, crawfish, mussels, oysters, etc... It was Good & Very filling. If U looking for a good mix of Seafood Variety, this is a Good choice. Nice & Friendly Servers & Unlimited soft drinks... I Enjoyed my Experience here.
So, I lived in Maryland for a while, and occasionally I get a craving for crabs, shrimp, etc. I heard about this place a while back and had completely forgotten about it. Today, when that craving kicked in again, I remembered that I wanted to try this joint.
It was the best food decision we've made in a while.
First, the staff was super friendly and helpful.
We asked a couple of questions to get a feel of what we wanted.
My husband and I split the King Crab Combo, and we got a pound of shrimp for the kids as well. One of my sons also got the chicken wing basket. We got the cajun and garlic butter seasoning on everything.
It was AMAZING!
It reminded me of Maryland.
We will definitely be returning.
Found our new Seafood Spot!!! Was craving snow crab and this definitely delivered.
Our order:
We got the Cajun & Garlic Butter mild Snow crab combo mix and added another pound of snow crab. Also some onion rings (taste is delicious) and garlic green beans (taste is good, but won't order it again, our personal preference) we got 2 bowls of rice when we only needed one. (One bowl comes with the combo, for 2 people just stick with one bowl)
Staff was friendly and reactive to the customers needs and requests
The ambiance is well lit and clean, a bit chilly where I was sitting but overall ok
Price was around $100 just for us, but definitely could have left with a decent check without the sides.

Wow! I was excited to try this place . A bit surprised with the seafood in a bag but it made sense. Super yummy , customer service was very nice and we felt very welcome. Very original experience.
I love to stop here by myself and eat an entire pound of lemon butter clams or mussels for lunch. Delicious! Great service, great food, 5 stars.
Verry good place to eat. i prefer just the cajun shrimp mild, my husband likes the #3 and #4. the fried pudding squares are really good also the times ive gone there is not mich people bit i hear it can get full. The servers are nice and you get attended and served quickly.
The seasonings really make the food. And honestly they say it was a pound each but my portions were extremely generous. Never disappointed when I eat here.
Being from Maryland ... we have the best blue crabs🦀, crab cakes, shrimp, just overall good good seafood.. So when travelling I'm always looking for my seafood to be just as good or better... Well, Cajun King satisfied my taste buds!! Seasoned steamed shrimp to perfection. Corn on the Cob🌽 was hot & delicious!

If you like to get messy and eat delicious seafood then this is the perfect place for you. The waitress was right there asking if there was anything we needed and we always had water in our glass. You definitely get your money worth in seafood.
Wonderful service. The food was some of the best broil we've had. The mussels were large, and the food was seasoned well.
Order mild, I'm not into spicy, king crab legs(delicious) potatoes, corn cobs,clams all soaking in sauce,yumm. Had side of onion rings and deep fried oysters and rice all good, family enjoyed it sll.
