Always wanted to try this place and I'm glad I did. I got a custom thin crust with garlic butter, red sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, Italian sausage, pepperoni, diced Portuguese sausage, and jalapenos well-done. Yummy!

What I really liked about Pieology was that you decide what you want on the pizza while they make it in front of you. Everything was fresh, especially the veggies. Not many places sell cauliflower crust, but they do. It was excellent 👏
Very good pizza place. It's like a Chipotle of sorts where you make your own personal pizza. It is priced very reasonably and they have tons of toppings to choose from. Pizza choices are varied and good. Like their thin crust best. Service is consistently good and even when busy, the tables are clean. Comfortable enough to not feel rushed during the lunch crunch.
We went to Pieology for the first time today. The employees are all very nice and do their best to build a custom pizza to your liking. They offer a wide variety of toppings and depending on the type of crust you choose the prices will differ.
